I received great recommendations about Dulais and it was clear to me that I wanted to take my wedding dress there due to the detailed information they provide on their website. My wedding dress is very delicate with a lot of embellishment and the service and advice they provided when I first visited the store gave me a lot of trust. It didn’t take long for them to clean my dress, veil and 3 piece suit. They also provided a good quality box for me to store my dress in. The owner and staff are so friendly and professional and it is obvious how much care they put into what they do. I am so pleased with how my dress has come out, it looks brand new! I highly recommend this business!

I found Dulais online and chose them to clean and repair my wedding dress, as they have good reviews from most customers. I was not disappointed! The dress was handed to them in a terrible state as I had an outdoor wedding and the ground was wet. Also the outer layer had been stood on and torn. The dress was returned immaculately clean and they had repaired the tear to the best of thier ability. Ofcourse with the material being so thin, the repair is not invisible, which I was warned about before the repair. I would highly recommend them!
