Brilliant! Ellie and Mason were fantastic. They kept everyone engaged and managed the group really well from beginning to end. They provided encouragement when my daughter didn't want to do one drop, and made everything really fun and exciting. Well done, our kids had a brilliant morning. Tubing.

Excellent place to practice your white water skills .Good facilities despite the covid restrictions .Had a good experience on Sunday the 18th April and the sun was out all day so even better .Staff were helpful and friendly. We g here for the whitewater experience and had read that it isn’t as good as some of the other places you can visit in this country but as had never done it before had nothing to compare it to. Had a good time but the course was shorter than I’d expected and there was more if an emphasis on out if boat activities than I’d expected. All I can say go and try it for yourself. One thing to note they did gave people taking photos whilst you were participating in the activity but they don’t offer you the chance to buy them at the event. If you message them after the event with the time and date that you participated they can help you get them but don’t know how much they cost as a friend arranged this for me.

The Aqua park was so much fun for the children. I was able to spectate and had just as much fun watching. The staff was helpful and friendly and stayed on the Aqua park with the children.

Ace little whitewater course. Easy to carry boat back to the start for another go! Couple of small surf spots. Showers are hot but not amazing. Recommend you print and complete paperwork before you go, as there is usually a queue.

Great fun, a great course to learn on for the those like myself who are not confident after two years off the water. It was also challenging for others who were clearly very good including play boating. A nice clean cafe with very friendly staff. Highly recommended.

Really fun white water rafting session, I would say its a beginners kind of course as not too fast or difficult but also safe and under control. It was our first time white water rafting so was the perfect introduction and does have some thrill seeking opportunities. The staff were fantastic and catered for everyone, we had a very mixed group and everyone had a chance to have a go at things they wanted to do. Both instructors were enthusiastic and knowledgeable and made it a comfortable and fun environment. Optional chances to get in the water as well as 3 runs of the course in the raft so a full 2 hour experience. All equipment provided was in good condition and clean, facilities are basic but have what you need, changing areas and showers etc. Would recommend for all ages!

Fab coffee shop, great coffee, food choices are varied and freshly prepared to a high standard with friendly service. Would highly recommend a walk around the washlands followed by a visit here, rather than a walk round Abington Park to finish at the rip-off sub-standard quality of the Park Cafe!! Note Abington Park is a beautiful walk, I'm no way dissing the Park, so if you're up to it, walk from the Park to here!! Or just drive here afterwards ☺

Cafe open 7 days a week. Coffees and snacks. Obviously you have to sit outside due to pandemic. So restful sitting by the river. Also has large car park . Coffee and snacks worth making the trip. Either drive there or walk along the wash lands to get there.

Excellent course for newbies to whitewater. A great confidence builder. Will be there on the 4th April with my daughter, first time on moving water since spring last year, let's hope covid is well and truly over!

Whether you are walking, cycling, rowing or canoeing, this is a great place to meet up and grab a coffee before setting off. Even better, chill out and relax with a snack by the waters edge when you return. Car park, Cafe with access to rivers, lake and woodlands. Enjoy..

Lovely kayaking course, some good waves for developing simple skills. Doesn't get boring as you don't have to walk very far to get back to the start of the course, which is very useful when you are carrying a big, heavy kayak!

Excellent day, we were on a water rescue training Course, but the course leader made it very engaging and delivered the course with a good mix of theory and practical experience. Practical was great fun and we learnt a lot too.

Tasty, inexpensive food. Brilliant service by Lily. A great stop off point when out walking or to walk too when you want to have a nice lunch without cooking!

Man made, pumped Whitewater centre, fed from the local river. Short opening hours, but a nice facility. Great for learning whitewater skills without it being too wild. One large drop/pourover/hole that can be 'a bit sticky' if you decide to playboat in it. Easy to exit the course and only a short distance to get back on to run it again. The changing rooms are good, including shower if needed. Well worth a visit.

I would recommend this kayak centre for those that are new to white water kayaking and want a safe location to improve their skills and work through any anxieties. The site is well run with friendly staff and have onsite showers, changing rooms and rest rooms. I also liked that you can start in different areas on site that require different skill sets from entry level to grade 3.

Had great fun tubing around the white waters, great staff great water facilities. Approach to it was good fun and even the less confident in the group tried it all and had a good time. Only criticism is the changing facilities which could do with a little tlc to try them up a bit.

A great introduction to grade 2/3 in a safe environment, with the opportunity for a hot shower if it all goes wrong. Also good for the more advanced paddler, there are a few decent play waves to.

Superb fun to be had here, we take our scouts white water tubing every year and they always have an amazing time and are disappointed when it has to end! It's not the cheapest activity, but it's fairly priced when you consider the cost of running the pumps, they provide all the kit, etc.

Love this place, just wish it wasn't a two hour drive to get to otherwise we would be up there most Sundays. Staff are really helpful. Pay and play sessions are reasonably priced. The only downside is since it changed hands the staff don't reply to their email enquiries. We tried to book coaches through emails, messages on Facebook and by telephoning... None of us got any help. Aside from this it's a brilliant centre.

Omg what a fantastic day, we was booked in for today, when we got there we was told that the tubing had been cancelled, I should have had an email which I had missed. The lovely two men said don't worry we will give our manager a call and let you know in half hr. Well they said Yes, also I found the cancellation email too, but thanks to them it went ahead. I can not thank them enough for their patience, professionalism and encouragement that we had, I overcame my fear of water thanks to those two hardworking gentlemen. My son and I are rebooking in the near future to do it all again. Thank you for our wonderful day 😁xxxxx

First artificial pumped white water kayaking Centre, ideal for beginners starting out in kayaking, grade 2rapids and very reasonably priced, however only park and play padding on Tuesday evening and Sunday afternoons
