Had an amazing day today at Serendipity Brides with Kate who couldn't of been more accommodating for me & my bridal party! We had cocktails, lots of dresses & plenty of laughs, with a few happy tears! Beautiful range of dresses & the staff were lovely! Couldn't of picked a nicer place to buy my wedding dress & veil ❤️

I had my bridal appointment today and was blown away at all the stunning dresses and the service I received. I had this appointment booked since December and ever since the ladies at Serendipity kept in contact with me to answer any questions i had and were even so kind enough to especially order in a specific dress they no longer had in stock! Trudi was so lovely and made me feel so wonderful today! Ive had the most amazing experience and I was lucky enough to walk away with the dress of my dreams and I would recommend any bride to be to come to Serendipity Brides because you will not leave empty handed! Such a pleasure to finally meet all you ladies! Xx

I had such a lovely day with my family here. Lauren was absolutely brilliant the whole time and made the day feel so special doing everything she could to help me find the perfect dress. I would recommend this shop to every bride as there so perfect and kind here. There is such a huge range of dresses to choose from which made it so easy for Lauren to help me pick the perfect dress and the whole experience was absolutely amazing! Couldn't recommend Serendipity more! Such a beautiful boutique with a gorgeous range of dresses and such friendly staff. Lauren helped me find 'the one', she sat me down and asked me lots of questions to find out about my wedding and what sort of dress I had in mind, she then picked out a selection for me to try on. She was patient and I felt she really listened to me. I corresponded with Jo over email who answered any questions I had afterwards. I then went back to try on the dress I'd fell in love with where Tyler helped me and took my measurements. The whole experience was just perfection - thank you!!

WOW!! What an amazing experience I had on Saturday finding my perfect dress! Trudi was absolutely fabulous and catered to just what I was looking for. I found my perfect dress and I couldn’t be happier! All the staff are ever so friendly and very welcoming. I couldn’t of asked for a better experience. Refreshments such as teas/coffee and Prosecco were also on hand. Thankyou so much girls! Your all absolutely amazing!! Would most definitely recommend Serendipity Brides to anyone!!

I would like to thank Trudi she is amazing, she choose my dress for me something that I would never had chosen and she made me feel amazing in it. My whole experience with Serendipity has been amazing so far; from booking to finding my dream dress. I loved that after booking you can fill in a form with information about your wedding and then select dresses you like from their website so that they know more about you before you arrive at the store, I feel this helps them to really be able to cater to you and make more of your appointment! On the day, the welcome into the store was so lovely; from the outset you are made to feel so special. My appointment was with Lynsey and she was just so lovely and made me feel like the most beautiful version of myself, Lynsey pulled dresses for me to try that were ones I had already said I liked but she also threw in a few ‘wild cards’ which is so great because it really helps you to know who you want! The whole team are so attentive and lovely. I was so happy to find my dream dress and I can’t wait to go back and choose my accessories!

I found my dress at Serendipity yesterday with Amy! The store is beautiful and has such a relaxed but luxurious atmosphere. All of the staff were so friendly and helpful. Amy was absolutely brilliant and was so helpful and patient through the whole experience. I’d previously found trying on dresses at another store really overwhelming but Amy really put me at ease and guided me through everything. She made the experience so special and made it so fun and enjoyable. I honestly can’t wait to return to the store and try on my dress again when it comes in! I honestly can’t recommend Amy and Serendipity more!

Had the perfect experience at Serendipity Brides yesterday! A couple of days before my appointment I was sent an email asking to chose a few ‘favourite’ dresses so that I was shown dresses that were tailored to my likes. When we got to the shop Lauren showed us through to a beautiful private room and pulled a few dresses based on what I had liked on my profile and also from our discussion about what my wedding day will be like. The first dress I tried on was perfect! I tried on a few more to make sure, and although they were all beautiful that first dress that Lauren showed me was the dress! She let me keep it on as long as I wanted, and we even went for a little walk around the shop so I could stay in the dress as long as possible and tried on a number of different accessories with it too. Overall the appointment was everything I hoped for and much more! Thank you Lauren!
