Absolutely cracking day. Sometimes the tech can be a little frustrating, but overall the activities are spot on. We went with the laser rather than BB or paint and it was perfect for our party of kids and adults. Age range was from about 7 to 14 and they all loved it. No one really cared about the score it was all about being outside, running about and having fun (not stuck in front of a computer). The marshalls were excellent, making sure we got plenty of game time and making sure teams were balanced and appropriate. No 'regulars' were allowed in to our party, so it was just us which also really helps make you feel it's fair. Easy to find off the A11 but a little tricky to find the actual site. Go. Enjoy!

Well, it's like no other site I've been to. Really goo outdoors CQB site fully stocked and with all the amenities you would expect from a great site. Food is excellent too with burgers chips etc made on site. They also do Milsims throughout the year which are very well organized.

Fantastic place for Airsoft and other activities for the young and old alike. I’ve used this company for 2 years now and am always welcomed by their friendly professional owners and staff. I can’t recommend this place enough. At only an hours drive from my location, I have even taken a taxi to play there when I am unable to get a lift from friends. It is totally worth the cash to get there and the prices for a days gameplay are extremely reasonable. I will continue to play at this location and show my support, and have recommended to many others.

I would like to thank Battle stations activity centre for saving me for what's probably one of my worst mum moments so far! It's my sons 12th birthday battle stations is the only venue within 1.5 hours of me that caters to children of this age to play airsoft. I used the website to book low impact airsoft for my son and his friends to play. It gets to the day and dad is taking them to play airsoft. They are up at the crack of dawn excited. He sets out on the journey to battle stations 1.5hrs away from our home address about 40 minutes into the journey I log into my emails to forward him the booking details and realise I've booked for the wrong day!!! He's got 3 excited children in the car and now I need to phone and tell them to turn around and come home! However I phoned battle stations and explained my terrible mum mess up. Even though they didn't have airsoft on they were very emphatic and opened it for them! Saving the day! Thank you so much battle stations they had a fantastic time and will certainly return. On the right day next time!

The Battle Station Activity Center Has 2 Maps For Airsoft! We went on a day of birth. The food portions were a bit small but was still good. I did get shot in the leg and there is a bruise but it healed within a week.

If you like war and guns then this is the place for you. If you like old men dressed like desert storm troops, again this is for you. I could think of much more pleasant things to do on a sunday but when you have kids one must take them to birthday partys. Which is how i ended up at this place. My son said five stars. I would not have been so generous. Food was okay and reasonable price.

Tons of fun and plenty action at this cqb site. A little bit too heavy on the breaks to my liking, but you still spend plenty of time on the field. Staff are very friendly and understanding of any possible issues. All around good place

Let me start off by saying I really enjoy this place and it's at times very fun and friendly, however there can be days where the marshalls allow a LOT of stuff to slip, for example allowing speedsofters to get away with blindfiring, being toxic, shooting very fast even after multiple complaints. I wish they could be a lot more strict in their rules where 3 strikes mean '3 strikes and not after 7 complaints and we'll give you a slap on the wrist'. I've had a lot of fun here but I think just being strict on the rules would help come a long way, especially if multiple groups and people complain throughout the day about a certain person. Also, those speedsofter guns and speedsofting playstlyle is incredibly bad especially in a CQB where young kids are too scared to come out of spawn due to the angry playstyle it allows (for example spawncamping). Marshalls also tend to allow a lot of cheaters to keep playing even though sometimes they see it in front of them :/ other than that everything else is great, great site great safety rules, great food great atmosphere, its just the rules need to be stricter I believe

I don't want my 3 star review to over shadow the place. It's a brilliant place with friendly staff and a great facility and game field. It was my first time at a CQB environment. But unfortunately when you're told in the briefing "If they don't call their hits then up the rate of fire" then at the end of the game you're told by the marshals "the amount of overkill is not acceptable" what are we all supposed to think? I had my eye pro blown almost off my head by a 6 shot shotgun at less than a metre away that drew plenty of blood. Totally understand it, it's CQB and there were some brilliant trade offs. However, it's overshadowed by the amount of players using fowl language and not taking hits. I understand you get this, when confronted with the marshall at a pre-game briefing and they tell you marshalls will be shooting people if they're not taking their hits. I've seen a lot better ways of going about this problem than shooting someone point blank. Overall. I did have a good day, I'm very sore and did have a laugh but certainly think they way some things are played out could be better thought of.

Took my son here for his 7th birthday with 5 other children of the same age. They played laser tag. It was amazing they all had the best time and the gentleman looking after them was amazing with them. He took them off in a combat van to their destination while parents stayed in the diner. I was a little gutted I couldn't see the children playing but honestly they had the best time. One recommendation I could give is to get some live feed cameras set up around the place feeding into a TV in the diner or when having parties take some photos of the children that parents could buy because I'd have totally bought a picture and you could have charged me a ton for it too lol Due to A11 closures everyone was late but the company has amazing customer service and called me about 10 mins before to say just get there safe and don't worry, the timer will start from when we get there. One of the children's mum's was going to go home the traffic was so bad, so the children went to play. She finally arrived at about 15 mins before the game should be over (1.5 hours late). The company kindly took her to play with the others and seemed to extend the time without us asking. Honestly would 100% go again. They had many other choices like battle tag with bows and arrows, nerf battles, BB battles, paint ball... If only I had friends to go with, I think I'd be there every weekend haha! 100% recommend.

As part of a Stag Do 8 of us went to BSAC to shoot lasers at each other for a couple of hours!! On arrival we were told that we were the oldest laser tag team they’d ever had…all of us in our 40’s. We had to share the game with a bunch of kids and their parents…which you could have thought would be disastrous but the games were so well organised it was actually so much more of a laugh!!! The young chaps in charge made it super fun for all involved and were quick to sort any laser gun issues etc early on. So in short, even old guys can play lasertag and have a great time here. Highly recommended, many thanks BSAC!!

Did a 3 hour party bundle with two activities doing battle knights and airsoft. All the children had the "best day ever" and had gone to "the best party ever" The venue is great, the staff amazing and the food was really good too. Came here for a friend's stag weekend. This is a fantastic facility run by really friendly and helpful staff. Rental kit was high quality, the cafe good and not overpriced. Shame that it is 250 miles from home as I would definitely come again.

What an amazing place! Took my son for his birthday and we had a spectacular day. Our Marshall took every opportunity to make the day more special for my son and he will never forget it. The game sites are superb, it really is like being inside a call of duty game, but you're actually outside and getting some exercise :-) Everything was well explained and fair, and any questions were explained clearly - being that this was our first Airsoft game this was really important to us. (I particularly appreciated the rule that with juniors in the game, players were asked to watch their language.) This site is a real gem - can't recommend it highly enough!

I recently booked a morning of Airsoft at Battlestations for my son's 13th birthday. The boys enjoyed it so much they are still talking about it 10 days later! My son said it was his best birthday so far and even the coolest of his mates were totally impressed and they all said they are "definitely coming back again!" The food was amazing, the staff were really helpful and friendly and they all gave us parents complete confidence by it's organised approach. They delivered a serious message re health & safety without 'killing the fun' and their willingness & ability to accommodate various allergies was incredible. Massively impressed, I couldn't recommend it more! A big thank you for helping create happy memories for 6 young lads, and an all-round 'very well done' to Darren and his team!

Visited here today for the Airsoft 3 Hour Party Pack. I arrived with 8 children who were excited to be recreating Call Of Duty. From the moment we arrived the staff were friendly and welcoming. Once we had signed in and picked our Rations the boys were given their equipment and safety briefing. Then they were off too the battlefield running round like Captin Price and soap! Whilst this was happening my wife and I were waiting in what felt like the Jedi Base on the planet Endor. With a lifesize AT-ST looking down at us from outside. We were furnished with a cup of tea and made not only to feel welcomed but part of the team. I was given a sneak peak of the Jedi Training, and to be fair was quite jealous. After a few rounds in one of the stations the lads were back in for a drink and weapons reaload. The Marshalls were accommodating and allowed me to view the next battle from up high to get some pictures. This allowed me to see the boys and Marshall in action who made sure that safety was paramount and at the top of everyone's mind. Also they kept the games flowing and moving should someone have any problems mid game. Also at this point I'd like to point out how nice the other Players were and welcoming and helpful. After this the boys were welcomed back to the mess hall with food and drink all included in the package. The food choice was wide and varied with something for everyone. It was such as good choice I indulged!! Overall the boys had a great day, confirmed by the fact the journey home was very very quiet. The boys loved the experience and to be fair I enjoyed it and all I did was sit arround for 3 and a bit hours as they ran round. Thank you guys for a great Afternoon!

Recently been to battlestations for the whole day. The building has amazing attention to detail and many star wars references. We did paintball and then came in for lunch which was cooked on site and tasted wonderfull. We then we're taken to do saber training which was an amazing experience for all ages. We then proceeded to do laser tag which was also fun. The vault door that leads to the saber room was incredible and released smoke on entry to add a star wars feel to the experience. I was very pleased with the value for money as we were offered drinks while we were there at no extra cost. The staff were very hospitable and made you feel as if you knew them overall an amazing experience and would recommend to anyone. And at £25 for the whole day it is unbeatable. Thanks, Riley.

If you've ever done paintball or airsoft, you may start the day feeling like you've paid through the nose for extras before you've even got a game under your belt. Here it isn't the case. Everything including unlimited ammo for airsoft is included in the day rate of £35. The team don't push sales on you. They explain the process clearly and really reiterate they want you to have the best experience. The game maps are small/medium and make games intense. And if you feel players aren't calling the hits they Marshall check, fire at people to ensure calls are made, to eradicate cheaters. Lunch was good and drinks etc not overpriced as some places. Monster 1.39 a can etc which is about the same as tesco. Generally good bunch of regulars there and a few noobies like myself who all help each other out. Really good day out.

This member of staff was so miserable moaning, saying if we were any longer we couldn't play. This staff member upset a few of our players, and we were unsure if to even stay and play. We visited here as a group of 10 for my oldest son's stag do at the beginning of June. We did paintballing first and used pump action shotguns. Afterwards we did arrow tag with bows and padded tipped arrows. PAINTBALLING. The layout was good with lots of obstacles, old vehicles and portakabins etc.. The ammo was unlimited, you just kept refilling when needed. The only downside which was a big issues for most of us were the safety goggles kept steaming up and for safety reasons you cannot take them off while in the compound. I personally spent more time outside trying to de-mist than I did inside. That aside it was great fun and certainly got the adrenalin going. The last time I went paintballing was many years ago so there could be an easy trick to prevent the fogging of the goggles. If so make sure you use it to get the most out of it. We had a lunch there as part of the package which was a choice of cheese burgers/ chicken burgers, chips and a can of drink. Basic but tasty. ARROW TAG. This was done in a room with various size boxes as barriers for protection with a team at each end. Games had different objectives but in a nutshell toy had to bit the opposition. Again this was good fun and got the adrenalin pumping. My only criticism of this was that we had 2 teams of 5 and only had 8 arrows in play. You were relying on the opposition to shoot back to get an arrow so you could spend quite a bit of time unable to shoot back. I thought it would have been better having plenty of arrows in play to make it a bit more of a frenzy but maybe that's just me. Overall it was a good day and would definitely do it again but not without figuring out how to prevent the goggles steaming up first!

Awesome airsoft cqb site marshals are friendly and on point with cheaters. Great Battle zones and a good shop on site for green gas bbs as well other airsoft goodies not bad on the pricing either. Star wars themed canteen area is nice and clean and food is good but you must pre order it at the beginning of the day. Overall a great day out... They do other activities there but I go for the airsoft which I can't fault.

You can tell these guys have a passion for it. The maps are well thought out, well propped and well layed out. Incredible use of space and attention to detail. The shorter more realistic distances make for more urban style battles giving the user more accurate shots as asposed to watching your bb fly like a ufo towards your target, however ship yard map does incorperate both close quarter and long distance with a large map including a massive 2 story ship with its own maze. tunneling systems, wood land, vehicles and pill boxes spread throughout the rest of the map for even more variety. Great missions, great people and great gear for rental users. Not to mention the great price!!

On a damp rainy day it was a little slippy underfoot but the guys running it were good fun and I'd count this as a worth while experience and good value for money. Thanks to the battle station staff.

Attended as part of a Stag Group. Rather intimidated at the entry point seeing what can only be described as a battle ready troop massaging their weaponry. Nonetheless, we had opted to only play as our group (we don't play well with others). Laser tag first, guns are bulky and cumbersome, skin rub on third finger caused blisters for those on the winning team. Airsoft was brilliant, most received an M14 based rifle, I however was kindly provided with a P90 (great to see how much ammo remains, not great for hand positioning as I took one right on the knuckle). If anything, shoot yourself at the start, once you know how little it stings (providing you don't get shot somewhere it will), the fear will go and you can attempt to relive your lone wolf C.O.D plays. Staff were friendly, funny and fearless. Most of the party will definitely return.

its great here for the force academy but i feel that in the airsoft side of things is a bit off. when playing a private game they were quite patronising saying we had to fold down the stocks of ohr g36-c's as we had not had any "weapons training" despite this me and my riends had a great time.
