We were lucky enough to be able to book Cupid's Wish for our wedding at Haughley Park in May and we were so happy that we did! Both Georgia and Michael were so friendly, enthusiastic and willing to adapt to the flow of the day. They started by playing a beautiful acoustic set for us to start our reception and then continued with 2 amazing live sets, full of fantastic music which we had chosen from their list. They kept everyone (including the bride and groom) dancing all night long and we have had lots of people commenting on how fantastic they were since. They were also able to learn a customised first dance medley for us, which was perfect! We would recommend Cupid's Wish to anyone who is looking for a band for their wedding and we are hoping that we have another event we can use them at too! Thank you! Lucy and George x x x

Cupid’s Wish have played at several of my friend’s weddings now and each time has been absolutely spot on. As a full band and as an acoustic duo, they’ve been really great every time. Super professional and slick but also really friendly, fun and approachable. Their enthusiasm for what they do, ability to read the crowd, limitless song catalogue and most importantly, the genuine affection they have for the couples they perform for could not help but bring a smile to your face. Cupid’s Wish were our wedding band on New Years Eve 2013. They made our wedding super special by playing our chosen first dance song which they learnt for us! They saw in the new year with us and everyone tells us that it was the best NYE/wedding they’ve ever experienced and I truly believe Cupid’s Wish had a huge influence on that. We had Cupids Wish as a duo play at our wedding in 2012 and they were fantastic. They had the dance floor full all night and the quality of their singing and playing was superb. Our timings had gone a little bit wrong and our buffet was being served when we should have been dancing but without a second word, Georgia and Michael changed to an acoustic set so people could eat without feeling like they were missing out. Once the food was done, they had everyone up and dancing and interacted with our guests brilliantly. At the time, people said they were the best wedding band they had heard and six years on, they still come up in conversations with friends. Booking them was one of the best choices we made for our wedding and if we ever had an event that required live music again, I wouldn't even look elsewhere.

I had Cupids Wish play at my 40th, they totally threw themselves into making my party the best it could be, they are so good that they didn’t need to encourage people to dance as people couldn’t help themselves. Wow! Love live music and wanted a band to help me celebrate 60th birthday last night and happened upon Cupid’s Wish on an internet search. They are amazing both as musicians but also as polite, charming people with the talent and charisma to fill your dance floor. The repertoire is considerable and you are invited to pick favourites from amongst them. My guests and myself were completely blown away, with lots of them asking for business cards at the end of the performance. As well as performing, Georgia and Michael provide a DJ service between their sets for no extra charge and a light show. If you want a band for your function, I would not hesitate to recommend them. Brilliant, brilliant, brilliant...book them!

I'm a wedding photographer and over the years, have developed a very keen sense of what makes a wedding 'happen' in photo's - absolutely key in this is for the evening to go above and beyond the expectations of the guests. Nothing gets people up and dancing like a really good wedding band. Cupids wish are a really good wedding band! I've seen Georgia and Michael play many times and always, quite apart from the total competence and musical ability, there's an energy which adds a dynamic perfectly suited to weddings, LOVE. Love really is, all you need (plus a significant ability to sing and play, plus thousands of hours of practice, but you get my drift!) If you want your wedding to be remembered, you really should check these guys out, then book them, then pat yourself on the back knowing that at least one element of the day is a dead certainty to run perfectly and make you smile.

If you were in our marque and saw how people were jumping up & down & dancing you would have thought we were at a festival. Georgia is one of the friendliest and kindest people you will meet and will go above and beyond to make your day special to you. They absolutely love what they do and you can see that every time they play - they have fantastic chemistry.
