Kerry was always so friendly and patient. And anything we needed to change or add on was no issue. The whole team made our planning that little less stressful.

C. M.We used EPIC Event Hire for our wedding day at Oxnead Hall in June 2022.
From our first meeting with Kerry & Dan back in 2020, to then booking, they were both super helpful and the process was so simple. Even being able to go to their showroom helped us to get some ideas and inspiration for the items we wanted to hire for our special day and we settled on the canopy lights, white ceiling draping and white chair drapes for a simplistic and clean look in the barn.
I contacted Kerry before the big day and she liaised directly with our wedding planner at Oxnead Hall re: set up and timings on the big day, this took the stress away for us and meant we could relax knowing they had it in hand - so professional!
We'd definitely recommend EPIC Event Hire to others for any events you have, the team were so slick and efficient!
A. P.We can’t thank Epic enough for how amazing they were in the lead up to our wedding, and on the day and night itself. From the moment I first met with Kerry and Dan, they made me feel so comfortable, and felt that they were so excited for the wedding too. They were always so friendly and couldn’t do enough to help us.
The barn looked absolutely stunning on our wedding day. They did such an incredible job, and all the guests commented on how beautiful everything was, from the chair drapes, to the lights, and the neon signs.
The lady who ran the photo booth was so lovely (and patient!) The photos from the photo booth are so nice, the flower wall is gorgeous! Dan was amazing on the night with the music. Was really nice just being able to relax for the night knowing everything was in hand.
We had the perfect day and Epic played such a huge part in that.

S.We were recommended Epic by a friend to us for organising a Prom at our school (The Hewett Academy), working with a short time scale and with Covid restrictions made organising the prom trickier than normal. But from the outset Kerry was brilliant in working with the Prom-fest vision we had and helping to create our ideas and being flexible and patient with us.
Dan and his team were equally epic (excuse the pun) on the days of set up and the day of the prom solving some logistical issues and bringing the whole space to life and light.
I couldn’t recommend Epic highly enough and we will definitely be using them again (if they aren’t fully booked 🤞🏽) They have played a massive part in changing how we prom!! 👏🏽👏🏽

Z. M.EPIC EVENTS were amazing when it came to helping with planning and creating the vision we had for the decor at our wedding!
From the get go they were so helpful with everything. Our wedding was planned during the start of covid/lockdown and even though we never got to meet them in person until our wedding day, we had zoom meetings which was so helpful. I had changed my mind a couple times and this was never a problem with removing and adding items to our order.
All the elements they added really helped make our day so very beautiful and special. Definitely use this wonderful team for your big event!!!

We also hired them as our DJ and our dance floor was packed the whole night, we had guests asking where we had found him!! G. S.Well where do we begin. Following the postponement of our May wedding we were looking for a new event team to support and our planner said try Epic. A Facebook message was sent and the rest is history. Team Epic especially Kerry and Dan made arrangements for us to meet at their premises in what was a very relaxed, professional, full to the brim with all you could possibly wish for for your special “micro” day in a totally COVID secure setting and way. We went about planning our day. They are super responsive, caring, passionate about their business and sector and boy do they deliver. Even the day before our service and changes to printing was needed they sorted without a single quibble.
So don’t delay your big day, Epic will make small (30) feel like grand ball of 300. “Micro” weddings are they way forward. Embrace the intimacy of micro as if your’e gonna wait for big wedding it’s gonna be a while for sure.

J. S.5* I hired a large country house in Norwich last weekend for my husbands 60th birthday and decided I would like a very large lit up 60 (to remind him!). I called Epic Events and spoke to Kerry and the 60 was hired for me straight away. Kerry and team are extremely professional, they promptly responded to me when I needed to speak to them and delivered and picked up the big 60 exactly when they said they would. Would definitely recommend Epic Events 👍

This team is amazing , our room looked fab in our rainbow colours , kerry was super efficient from the moment i put a message out on social media , it was late in the eve and i had a personal message within minutes of the ad goin on ... this woman works all hours .... !
You will not find a better wedding supplier for chair covers and sashes !
Nothing was to much trouble , and we had nothing to stress about dealing with epic at all !

L. F.What a team! These guys are so organised and very creative when it came to trying to make our big plans for Oxnead Hall work on our wedding day. We had a cream aisle runner which looked stunning against the foliage decor we had.
For the wedding breakfast and evening we had to find a way to drape the ceiling and hang lights which hadn't been done before. Also, a way to drape the wall behind the top table, in a way that hid the evening band's setup, so it wasn't visible as they needed a good amount of setup time. They absolutely nailed it.
They are a super organised team and so helpful. The venue looked incredible and it was exactly what we'd been imagining for the last 18 months!!! THANK YOU!!!
