We were so happy to find this company as we prepared for our kids' 18th birthday bash last weekend! It was so easy to place the order. There was no 'hidden cost' or 'package' pricing. Another event company quoted us 4500 pounds to dress the barn, so we opted to do DIY with the help of furniture/decoration provided by The Banqueting Hire Service. Excellent Supplier! We hired gold cutlery and chargers for our wedding day and they were stunning! The service was faultless, the communication was exceptional. We used the Banqueting Hire Service Ltd for our wedding. They have a good range of products at reasonable prices. Our caterer handled the initial hire forms but we liaised with Banqueting Hire Service for any final additions/tweaks. They were very quick to respond to emails and easy to liaise with. The payment process was easy and they were quick to update any invoices. Banqueting Hire were flexible with drop off/pick up of stock and were friendly/helpful on site. We had an afternoon tea and their mix of vintage china we hired (pictured below) was beautiful.

They have been there from the start of our 18 month wedding planning journey to the end- which has included 4 different date changes, numerous edits and additions to our initial booking needs and last minute delivery changes. I recently hired Banqueting Hire for my clients marquee wedding, we ordered everything from table settings to kitchen equipment and furniture! They coped with my endless amendments and additions. Not once was I made to feel like a pest. All the staff from the office to delivery are professional and friendly. The quality of the items is also of a high standard. The 2021 wedding season is completely crazy with suppliers working flat out but none of this showed with their communication nor delivery. Our children just had a surprise visit from father Christmas and his elves, all supplied by the banqueting hire service. Everything was so magical, and all the detail was brilliant, even down to the book father Christmas had on his lap, and the presentation tray the elf used to hand the children the magic key, reindeer food, and choclate coins. The sleigh was fantastically lit, and the reindeer were also a wonderful site. Our 3 year old won't put the magic key down, he's adamant father Christmas told him to keep it safe, and that's what he is going to do. Thank-you for making this such a special treat, especially after such a tough year. P.s all covid rules were followed and distances were kept, however this didn't take away from the magic for the children, and it was all done so well. Thank-you.
