Where do I start! My experience purchasing my wedding dress from the girls at the Bridal Suite was everything I ever dreamed it would be and more. I thought covid would put a stop to the full experience of family and friends attending with me but this was luckily relaxed just before my first appointment so I could take a couple of people with me. I tried on so many dresses and I was torn between two in the end. There was absolutely no pressure from Chloe to purchase a dress that day and it was actually her idea for me to go away and have a think about it/try other dresses. She made it very clear that this was a huge decision and not one to be rushed as you want to make sure you are completely happy and comfortable on the most important day of your life. I loved this aspect of my experience as I often feel so many brides are pressured into buying a dress they’re not fully happy with and later regret it further down the line. I knew from the moment I went to a few other shops that the Bridal Suite was definitely where I was going to get my dress from. The experience and treatment I received at their shop was unmatched. Chloe, Alex and Jane are so welcoming and their bubbly personalities just make you feel so at ease. I am sure at some points they were more excited for my wedding than me! 😂 It makes you feel like you have known them forever and you can tell how genuinely happy they are for you! Even after I thought I’d made the wrong choice of dress (because it was so tight after over indulging at Christmas 😬) Chloe was always so reassuring and complimentary to how it looked and assured me everything would be fine, which it was. I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience and can not thank you ladies enough for helping me find the most perfect dress ❤️

Words can’t explain how grateful I am for the incredible experience I had at the Bridal Suite. Alex, Chloe and Jane are the loveliest people, so professional and made every visit so special. The first time I stepped in to the Bridal Suite I felt like I was in a bridal wonderland! The boutique is beautiful and every single gown is too. Let me start by just saying thank you so much to Chloe and Alex for making this experience so perfect - if you're looking for two people who will probably be even more excited than you are about your big day, go here! About a year ago I contacted the Bridal Suite in a flap trying to find a dress for my wedding in April - being a bigger girl to start with and at the time, 6 months pregnant with my daughter, I was really worried about not finding anything that fitted/that I liked in time for the wedding. When I contacted the Bridal Suite they got back to me really quickly and were really supportive of my situation. I went in with my bridesmaids and tried on lots of different styles until we found the right type of dress I wanted. We then put a pin in it until my daughter was born and then I went back to find 'the one'. During this entire process both Chloe and Alex were extremely helpful and knowledgeable about finding the right style and fit for me, they never rushed me or made me feel like I had to make a decision on something, they always remembered everyone's names (even when I seemed to arrive with hoards of bridesmaids!) and were so accommodating of the various appointments I had to make for fittings and bringing my daughter along for the final few bits. They were an absolute pleasure to navigate the all important dress search with and made the whole process so seamless and exciting. I cannot recommend them enough, thank you!

When people say ‘I would highly recommend this place’ From the bottom of my heart I am so glad I came across this place. These girls aren’t about the sales, they are there because they love their jobs and making brides feel a million dollars. These girls are so experienced the dresses I picked didn’t suit me, they picked up a dress for me to try and that was the one that I had my special day in. I have had a lovely experience at Bridal Suite and can’t wait to go back to pick up my dress next year 😊. I visited the first time in July and as soon as I arrived I was made to feel extremely welcome. Alex and Chloe are so friendly, and the fact that my love list on their website was ready to try on was amazing. I went back last night to choose ‘the one’ as I wanted some time to decide. I loved every minute of it and they both made me feel special and excited for the big day! I have visited other bridal shops and this one is by far the best!

Spoke with Chloe at length with regard to my fiancée’s wedding dress, it became clear early on in our conversation that Bridal Suite were not the best match for Lisa. However, instead of trying to end the call as quickly as possible, Chloe was lovely and patiently took another 5 mins explaining the process and pointing us in a different direction where Lisa ended up finding the dress of her dreams! Thank you Chloe, we never met you, but our experience of dealing with Bridal Suite was extremely positive because of you, we would certainly recommend Bridal Suite to anyone who is in the planning process and has time to wait for a bespoke designer dress.

I cannot put into words how grateful I am to Chloe and her sister, Alex. From the minute you meet them, you are instantly put at ease by their warmth and friendliness and reassured by their knowledge and expertise. They listened to exactly what I wanted and before long at all had found me the perfect dress. Importantly, they let me make my own decisions and were not pushy at all, but happy to offer suggestions and advice when asked. When I went to another dress shop afterwards just to reassure myself I had 100% found the dress I wanted to commit to, I had a completely contrasting experience and it made me realise just how rare an experience you get with the Bridal Suite. By the end of all my fittings, I honestly felt like part of the family and that Chloe and Alex were as excited about my wedding as I was! Could not have been happier with my experience here. Both Alex and Chloe were so helpful! The journey to our wedding day was not the easiest (due to the covid 19 restrictions) and they were incredibly accommodating every time things changed, which was massively appreciated. Finding a dress was easy (as they have such an amazing collection) and their seamstress fitted it to me perfectly (initially I was worried about having a strapless dress, but shouldn't have been!). I came to bridal suite in September 2018 to start my dress journey Chloe and Alex were amazing and after giving them my vision they knew the dress for me but didn't push it they let me and my family look through all the dresses and well picked the same one which was the dress the ladies thought would be perfect I tried it on and I knew it was perfect! The girls at Bridal Suite are absolutely amazing!! They made my dress buying experience so magical and nothing was too much trouble. I had no idea what style dress I wanted and had tried a few shops before going to Bridal Suite but after my first visit to the shop I had found the one! What can I say? ..... I travelled from Sheffield to Nottingham to try on what I thought was my “Dream Dress”. A beautiful welcome, with a vintage blackboard with the names of all the “brides to be’s” visiting that day. Chloe and Alex greeted me with my &1 - (fully Covid safe and following government guidelines). Following an very warm and sincere introduction - I was led down to the bridal suite which was just stunning. The decor is beautiful, giving a feeling of air and space...... and the light from the afternoon sun was just breathtaking. The dress I had contacted them to try on was hung beautifully ready and waiting.... a lovely touch in the most gorgeous mirror I’ve ever seen. As I tried on my “dream dress” I realised that while it was beautiful and different in the brochure - once on it just didn’t flatter my figure. Such a way to come to find out my dream dress wasn’t actually my dream dress after all. 🥲 This is where the brand knowledge and obvious unbridled passion for the business they work in took over. They knew their gowns and had listened and taken in my conversations with family and within matter of seconds had dress number two ready for me to step into! Now, I don’t hang about! Being from a theatrical background (where quick changes are mandatory and modesty goes out the window) - I had literally 8 or 9 gowns on and off within 40 minutes!! - Chloe and Alex kept up and there wasn’t a moment I was waiting for them. And then it happened ..... I (and they) (and my +1) knew we had it. We had found “The One” 😁😱❤️🍾 It was dress #2. The dress these two lovely young ladies had done what they do best - and brought me out a gown that had everything I wanted. ❤️ They had listened, heard comments and seen reactions - not just from me - but my +1 also. I suddenly realised how gorgeous this dress was, deciding I would try on a tiara and short veil .... well .... that was it. I had to have the lot! I felt like a princess! I have to congratulate these two beautiful young ladies, on their product knowledge, professionalism and customer service. This experience is one I’m thankful I had and one I have never had before. No pressure, no selling - just two young ladies with a passion for making brides look and feel special. My journey with them is not over .... my wedding isn’t until 4th November 2021... but I’m so thankful I went there and am looking forward to a smooth and stress free run up to my wedding - with the most stunning and flattering dress I could have ever dreamed of. A lovely little Boutique Bridal Shop I went along with a very good friend of mine Suzzane to see Patricia and Jan to help her with her wedding. The girls made us both feel very welcome and at ease. The shop is intimate which was a nice change from some others shops we have visted. The choice of dresses and designers is superb. My friend was able to try on quite a good selection of dresses in the allotted hour appointment and was given a 'full styling' with trying on tiaras and also some beautiful veils, she looked so amazing!! Been very recently to buy my Wedding Dress & Bridemaids dresses, Partrcia & Jan could not have been more helpful. Have been to other shops where you were made feel inferior, this did not happen at the Bridal Suite, you are made feel the most important people in the world and they could not do enough for you. Dresses are beautiful and very good quality. The Wedding Gowns are Fab and it was Jan who picked out my dress. They have a new designer for their Bridesmaid dresses, every one of these dresses were lovely, just what we were looking for. My Bridemaids & myself cannot wait to go back for our fittings in a few months, we left the shop Buzzing. If you are looking for a Bridal Shop, i would recommend you visit this one, its worth Traveling for.
