Beautiful wedding. My daughter was married here, the rooms were beautifully decorated for the occasion. The Food was gorgeous & the buffet was excessive in a positive way. I stayed overnight which was comfortable & nothing was too much for the staff. Everyone attending had huge smiles on their faces. Sign of a good occasion.

Stayed here for 1 night as my partner had a course in the hotel the next day, the room was very comfortable, warm and well appointed. 2 large beds, great shower and a bath.
I can't comment on the food in the restaurant as we didn't eat in there.
L. A.
Good value accomodation well located for visiting Plymouth. Spacious rooms with dressing gowns and slippers provided.
Let down by over priced restaurant and bar which lack atmosphere and ambivalent serving staff.

Fantastic hotel, came to assess services in local hospital, very close to location. Beautiful rooms and the restaurant was fantastic. Great cocktails! 👌🏼🍸🍸🍸🍹🍹

Very clean friendly hotel. Everything you need for a few days stay. We stayed here for our Sons Passing Out Parade at HMS Raleigh, Tor Point.
K. S.
Nice tidy hotel with pleasant staff. Facilities seem rather small for the size of the hotel but extra rooms and spaces are quite well concealed.
M. T.
Clean and tidy reception area.
Toilets also clean and tidy.
Only there for a blood test so no idea about the rest of the hotel.

On arrival, there was a wedding party that had taken over the hotel. Duty manager was great though, made us feel welcomed, offered us room service as restaurant was full for breakfast. Room was a brilliant size for a family of 4, complimentary drinks and biscuits were ample. Very clean, tidy hotel. Really comfortable experience, thank you.

I stay here regularly for residential training and I cannot fault the service. As a coeliac I always worry about staying safe when eating out but the catering team is excellent in providing for people with special dietary requirements. The beds are super comfy and the rooms are always spotless and well kept.
P. B.
Nice hotel. Quick, friendly check-in, on site parking, large comfortable rooms. All in all, a good room at a nice price.

Outstanding 10 Star Staff with 10 Star Service. Amazingly clean inside out. Spacious room plenty space for kids to runaround. Macdonald is only under 100 years away. Really Large Range superstore. Also close to Asda, Farmfood and few take aways. Nice walking path around the building. Plenty free parking available. Only down side is that its bit far from Plymouth City centre. Once Again 10 Stars for all Staff and to room service staff. Thankyou so much for great service.

Went for a blood test here. They have a very organised setup, and it was easy to get through. The phlebotomists were lovely and so we're the receptionists.

Lovely hotel, immaculately clean, really nice staff, breakfast and dinner meals amazing especially 🍔 would recommend to stay as near Derriford Hospital and Dartmoor 10mins away
B. J.
Very good place to stay, Good provision of getting dinner in the room, there is an extra charge but worth while. And some cases kids meal is free if they are under 10 age. And the beds , bathroom and other facilities are great. I stayed with my kids they enjoyed it. Good place to stay over night if you are visiting Eden project from Southampton , Bournemouth and Poole.

I'm here as a patient as it's now being used as a convalescent home but I've used it when attending conferences in the past and I've never had a complaint. Very nice rooms and food.
A. N.
I took my partner here for a blood test. She was recommended get blood test and her doctor recommended that she go here because apparently it's a " walk in " centre. No appointment necessary. She/ I was very impressed. In and out in 10 minutes.

I LOVE the Future Inn hotels, the Bristol one is particularly good, with city-center parking included, and right across the road from the shopping area. But are they EVER going to have a website which works properly ? I seem to be complaining about it not working every year to them. I'm a single parent, and even now, in 2021, it refuses to let me book a room for 1 adult and 2 children, even for the Plymouth hotel which has family rooms. (Guys, just open your website in Chrome, hit F12 to open Developer Tools, and look at how many JavaScript errors are going on behind the scenes, making it impossible to use your site, change the number of Adults, etc.) Oh, and despite their "Guaranteed best price" policy, I found booking through Expedia to be MUCH cheaper (and their website actually works properly).

Quite a disappointing stay. Chose a hotel to get the benefits such as cleaning of the room and restocking and replacing of the facilities in the room however we did not get this sevice. In the 5 night stay the room was not cleaned once. Everything that we should have got, we had to request e.g new towels. It seems to be quite understaffed. The hotel restaurant was also affected as most nights it seemed to be closed once again due to minimal staff. Unless you are looking for a very short stay, I would avoid this hotel.
S. b.
Have previously had their afternoon tea which was ok. This time to give blood. Plenty of parking but beware of the cameras. No mercy.
E. S.
Quiet hotel that has gotten used to having very few quests for almost two years because of the Covid pandemic. The property is in pretty good condition but if it weren't for the NHS phlebotomy service that has been using two of the conference rooms for several years the public wouldn't be visiting the ground floor reception and hallway at all.
There are some tables and chairs in the front outside the restaurant that were only occupied by employees having their cigarette break. Not what I want of a hotel.
O. H.
Lovely. Very close to the city centre. The Bar was amazing. The rooms were comfortable and warm. Absolutely will come here again
E. S.
I have stayed here a few times now. Very good hotel, nice rooms, good food and very nice staff.
C. D.
The rooms are very large, clean and very good facilities.
Reception staff extremely helpful and the restaurant was very good.
Breakfast was great and the staff very helpful and attentive.
The hotel prices are very good and when staying for work this is now my go to hotel for this part of the country.
M. R.
Went there for some blood extraction -routine- since this is the local phlebotomy
centre centre in this area during pandemic. Well organised by NHS.
C. S.
Nice hotel, large comfortable rooms, well priced lovely staff, restaurant is very good.
r. t.
Spacious but dated rooms, big carpark, function rooms for conference/weddings etc. Good location for the industrial estates, hospital and main road routes. Restaurant and bar available on site. McDonalds within 200m and a pizza hut within 5 min walk. The Fishbone restaurant attached to the hotel is worth giving a miss. We had poor service and the quality of the food was well bellow average for the price.
B. B.
Great hotel, well priced and perfect for our needs.
Also some pretty decent food from the restaurant 👍
G. W.
I was there for blood tests, big waiting room full of people, long weighting times, this is the second time it's been like that. The first four or five times it was clear never mind its only once a month.
S. N.
If you are in Plymouth this is one of the best place to stay. Very good value for money, good breakfast, very polite and friendly staff.
A. H.
Was there for a wedding 17/09 . bar lady was was excellent..very attentive and friendly even though she was busy. Facilties very clean
A. S.
For me, it's one of the best hotels in Plymouth. Spacious, clean and fully equipped rooms, especially these for families Fantastic staff, always very helpful and nice. Big carpark. Very good breakfast. Regret that I used other Plymouth hotels, before I discovered Future Inn.
They are also organising great Christmas parties!
N. H.
I went for blood tests, who knew?! Very efficient and easy to find. I'm sure the hotel is lovely too.
S. B.
Very good room nice and clean breakfast very good, would stay again.
J. W.
Very nice hotel, nice little extras (slippers, gown etc.) Good food in the restaurant.
A. D.
Extremely friendly reception that will help with anything you'd like. Fast room service. And worth the price per night, only issue room got extremely warm with no way to cool it down other than open a tiny window, still will be using future Inn again.
Thank you.
A.
For the alternative accommodation you can book a little further out The Future unfortunately doesn't offer much for the price you pay. That said its clean.. Rooms well kept and the lady in reception was overly polite.
J. J.
I went to the Futures Inn to have some blood tests. I could not fault the NHS team, it was so quick and easy to get around.
B. M.
Went there for a blood test. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Was in and out really quickly.
M. M.
Friendly staff but they are not trained bar staff. They aren't experienced in prepping drinks, the liqueur coffee's were expensive for half a glass and being cold. It's wouldn't be fair to complain at the moment due to staff shortage in this industry. Keep supporting them and visit but just make easy choices with drinks.
E. M.
The hotel was very clean.
Our room was quite big and the bathroom was very good.
Staff were very friendly and helpful.
We used the restaurant on day one but the food was basic and for what it was quite dear as were the bar prices.
We had breakfast every day and the service was very good. Cold food, tea and coffee were OK but hot food was poor quality and just warm.
The toast was probably the cheapest bread you can buy, upgrade the quality as soon as.
Good parking
Easy frequent bus service both ways into city centre, from very near to hotel.
A. S.
Easy check in/check out, free secure car park, clean spacious quiet room and bathroom. There was no room service (food) when we stayed due to covid rules but that was ok. We ordered from outside. If you need extra cutlery or toiletries, need to go to the reception to get it.
A. R.
Comfortable very large airy room. Reception staff always helpful as we're bar and restaurant. Lots of car parking.
K. D.
Amazing experience from arriving to departure, restaurant beautifully clean as was our suite, staff outstanding, food delicious, loved it
M. A.
Clean room excellent beds good breakfast. What's not to like!
Y. J.
A good, clean hotel with parking. The staff are friendly. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are excellent.
S. H.
A fabulous new years casino and disco. Can't wait for next year xx
S. J.
Excellent hotel.. clean spacious rooms and amazing staff. Free WiFi, good breakfast at restaurant with bar. Big on site parking.
S. I.
Decent hotel. We had a suite as 2 adults with 2 small children and it was extremely spacious with the added bonus of a fridge. Strange lighting system where you couldn't have a light on in one room and a light off in another. By a busy road and near the hospital and ambulance station so rather noisy at times. We didn't hear any noise from other guests though which is always a bonus in my book! Plenty of parking. Restaurant seemed pleasant enough - we only had drinks there so can't comment on the food.
L. w.
Great place, friendly, user friendly very nice and clean.
l. m.
Great food at a good price, very helpful and friendly staff
A. A.
Very nice place, clean. Very friendly and helpful staff. It is not in the middle of the city, so if you plan to travel around Devon and Cornwall - it is a good place to stay.
L. A. P. W.
Superb hotel, great facilities, friendly staff, amazing food!
B. 0. B. 0.
I loved the little touches, complementary things as in the way the tea coffee was displayed. The room its self in nice and clean! Find the toilet is real funny. ( you're understand) Staff are polite, the hotel is generally glean and tidy
Bit more throught for the set up at reception. Not clear enough!
The bed is uncomfortable 😫. The pillows are not nice. Below par for the bed and bedding.
a. n.
Good hotel for few days stay did have difficulties with the washroom in my room other than that it was a okay stay. Morning staff were very friendly and helpful.
A. J.
Rooms are clean, staff is very helpful and friendly but I had to remove a star because I didn't enjoy the breakfast and breakfast is quite a biggie for me. It's basically Full English in three versions (classic, vegetarian and gluten free)... Yes, you get some small additions like toasts, yougurt or jams but if you are into healthy whole foods, then you don't have many choices. I went for vegetarian full English and half of the plate was deep fried. Yogurt was low fat and full of other stuff to keep it thick. I asked for hard boiled eggs and they listened. I would recommend to the hotel to add maybe some porridge, natural yogurt (classic with no fillers), fresh fruit, nuts, smoked salmon and some egg choices.
B. L.
Lovely hotel staff very friendly good food and lovely large bedrooms
D. W.
Not much to say really, as only went there to have a blood test. Seems like a nice place though. Must say that the blood testing was well organised though. Think I got there just at the right time as I was the only one there. As I came out there was a queue of about 10 people. Good timing!
G. D.
Clean and spacious rooms, friendly welcoming staff and reasonable value. Breakfast was not included in the room rate but is available table service. Excellent, thank you for an enjoyable to stay.
P. L.
Nice big rooms, breakfasts are good, room service only at the moment but all ordered foods comes promptly.staff friendly.good car parking and very convenient for the south west.
j. a.
Spacious if slightly dated alternative to Premier Inn. The rooms are big and well equipped with aircon and a smart TV which annoyingly encourages you to download and register with an app to play external media. Easily bypassed.
Rooms are supplied with dressing gown, slippers and reasonable toiletries. Comfortable beds with plenty of wall sockets.
The on-site restaurant serves good food with a reasonable breakfast, all in all the hotel seems well run and has a good atmosphere.
W. H.
Had to visit for bloods. yes, they have a space there while Covid closed their department at the hospital. Friendly staff, didn't have to wait and the nurse didn't hurt when the needle went in. Walked across to the Range so that was a bonus.
K.
Well priced hotel, clean with large rooms. Felt very safe with the COVID rules they have in place and staff were very friendly and always helpful. The only reason I would give 5 stars is that the WiFi does not work which I need as I was staying for business.
D. D. w.
Convenient place to get Blood tests. Tired interiors with tatty weight watchers poster stuck up, not sure about service or rooms.
J. R.
Went for bloods at the Phlebotomy Unit...its good. Nurses are really lovely.
If you drive there...you MUST know your car reg to enter in to the machine at the Phlebotomy desk when you book in... otherwise its a £100 fine by the Futures Inn Hotel...NOT the Phlebotomy Unit. So take a pen and paper incase you need to write it down as the guy booking you in at Phlebotomy Unit desk will ask you to go and get to save you being fined.
J. W.
Nice hotel. Air con in the rooms is excellent - good showers and fairly comfortable beds. Robes and slippers are an excellent addition. TV box wasn't working and apparently these are due to be phased out.
Breakfast is good, as was the evening meals.
Free parking and Wifi is good too.
K. M.
Had a afternoon tea with family recent and we were stuffed lol. It was delicious
J. A.
With regards to how the hotel are dealing with COVID-19 I would say they are excellent, unfortunately I can't say the same for the food. I have been at the Future for over 6 weeks and have tried a lot of items of the menu but found them all to be lacking.
S. M.
I have stayed in both Cardiff and Plymouth Future Inn and loved my stay. The room is a great size with plenty of room and seating other than bed. We had Sunday Lunch and food was excellent. Staff are friendly and helpful. You can park your car and get the bus into the City Centre the bus stop is outside the hotel.
G. W.
It is a fair priced hotel in a superb location with extraordinary average to poor food. The staff were friendly, helpful and efficient and the rooms spacious and clean...just don't bother with the breakfasts they are not worth the money, there are plenty of places near by ( Plymouth is 10.mins away) that would be better.
G. B.
Large rooms. Friendly staff. Great menu in the restaurant. Slightly confusing to get to - from the A386, after coming off the roundabout, take the left turn that appears to take you to an industrial estate, and "The Range" store, and then almost immediately turn left again into the hotel carpark.
N. B.
This was a new chain to me and chose as very close to where I needed to be, woolwell. Quick efficient check in and room was very good with excellent facilities. Shower over bath, not my favourite, but was nice and hot with excellent pressure. Didn’t use breakfast facility as stayed four nights and didn’t want the extra expense, 2 by 4 mornings etc. Used the restaurant and had really nice meal. Would stay on next visit and fully recommend.
D. S.
Always polite staff. Nice clean and sparkling hotel.
P. E.
Went there to have my bloods taken. Very friendly and professional service well organised.
L. A.
Only went there to have 6 months blood taken never stayed there
H.
Staying here while working in Plymouth for the week. It's a large hotel with a nice bar area and restaurant. It's not in the city centre (On the outskirts) huge car parking area. The rooms seem to be very spacious and well equipped and modern. All in all a great place to stay
K. K.
The staff are very friendly and location is quite convenient. Room is dated and cleaning standard was just okay. I do not think it's worth the price we paid and given a choice I would not stay again.
N. R.
Excellent value for money.
Great welcome and great customer service.
Easy access and plenty of parking
Very clean comfortable rooms. Dressing gown and slippers a lovely touch.
Breakfast excellent.
Will certainly use again.
Highly recommended
C. L. H.
Attending a family wedding, the wedding planner was very helpful. Everything run very smoothly, meals hot and very amenable for extra veg and gravy etc. Clean toilets and surroundings. The only negative was it was very hot and there was no air conditioning which you would expect in a large hotel providing wedding functions.
G. J.
Excellent place, with 1st class sevice, fantastic rooms, free WiFi and very friendly staff.
J. S.
Vegan afternoon tea at a wedding was amazing with some great options and the serving staff were very helpful. Ceremony was amazing and well planned. However the pasties at the evening reception were either burnt or not cooked at all. It looked like they had simply been placed in the oven as they were delivered. So overall 3 stars but I wouldn't have hot food there in future
J. N.
Arrived about 9pm, no room service available, and bar all closed for 10pm. Think this is down to covid and isolation. So worth a check
D. M.
It's a good hotel which could be better. I had expected better facilities and more efficiency at the rate that they had charged. The restaurant was average - not a lot to choose from.
When I arrived their reservation system was not working and they had to resort to manual working, including copying my card details 😢 . I had requested the VAT bill to be mailed to me. Unfortunately, after two weeks, it has not arrived.
C. Z.
Went with my daughter to have bloods checked .very efficient ! X
g. e.
Nice staff, clean rooms and big.
Restaurant food is awful 1 star at best lets the place down completely
R. H.
Stayed here many times as it has friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are a good size and "accessable rooms" are really well thought out with 2 full size sinks, 1 which you can actually get a wheelchair under, and a wetroom shower. Restaurant is a little pricey like most hotels are but the food is really good. We had steaks last night and they were cooked to perfection.
L.
The room was clean and spacious. The facilities were excellent. The staff and amenities catered well to our young family. These hotels tend to be on an industrial estate so not beautiful surroundings but easy enough to get to and not too far from the town centre. Really enjoyed our stay and we will return here.
N. M.
Staff are very professional and friendly. Hotel is a modern American style of hotel. With rooms comtaining two King sized beds, smart TV, iron, kettle, bottled water, and air conditioning. The beds are very comfortable. Restaurant is very good, and the breakfast serves a combination of hot and cold food. Free parking is available, but you must remember to enter your registration number on the tablets provided. Only issue at the moment is the road works, they do work during the night, but you can hardly hear them.
K. B.
Very nice place for a meal and and a stay, make sure you register your number plate or you WILL get a parking ticket
N. H.
Hi I had a blood test at Future Inn. On entering I had to register my car. Wait to be given a number, only four in front of me, sit down and wait about five minutes, had my blood test. All very straight forward.
T. T.
Very good value large family room. Staff friendly and helpful. Location is a pretty quick drive into Plymouth so not a problem, but facilities at the hotel appear non existent, this may just be that they're not flagged up.
The big let down was the restaurant and bar. the staff were again first rate but a very average cod and chips (chips similar to Iceland bargain to give an idea) £10 and at the bar, a double Gin & Tonic £12.35, really, that's city prices and not a good fit for a budget hotel on the outskirts.
But for this I would have put 4 stars, so a decent hotel for the room price, I'd recommend eating out.
F. H.
Lovely place, clean larger room. Staff we spoke to were friendly but professional. Would book again, but unfortunately they do not yet have a hotel in areas I will be visiting.
M. B.
Cheap accommodation, with some nice views, but the hotel is let down by poor air conditioning and very uncomfortable beds. Staff are very good. Hotel is conveniently located on the outskirts of the city. Be aware there can be some very noisy parties going on during your stay. We had a Christmas party in full swing when we arrived. Nowhere near Christmas time and very noisy till very late.
M. L.
As a wedding venue for the budget conscious this venue is perfect. Jodie the wedding coordinator is fantastic and will help your wedding go off without an issue. They transform the conference suites in to beautiful rooms with drapes and fairy lights. You wouldn't know you were in a conference room. As a photographer we would recommend jodie and the Future Inns to all our customers.
K. B.
Needed a hotel near the hospital, this suited perfectly. Fairly big and nicely furnished room. Cleanliness was acceptable though they didn't restock the hygiene bags in the loo. The room was slightly too warm even with the thermostat on the lowest setting, it also kept resetting to over 21 degrees. Overall it was good but could have been better.
D. H.
Future Inns Plymouth was clean, tidy, and in good condition. I've been attending Armadacon, a science fiction convention, here for several years and the staff have always been friendly and helpful. The hotel rooms are large, well appointed, and good value.
Although a 10-15 min drive from the centre of Plymouth, unlike city centre hotels, it does have sufficient parking for the number of rooms.
With bonuses like a free drink on arrival It's worth signing up for their loyalty scheme too.
K. S.
King size bed was really comfortable. The sofa bed not very comfy in the next room.but the Rooms were very nice. Clean and tidy. Great tv. The restaurant downstairs was great. Not the cheapest but that is usual in a hotel.
M. B.
A nice hotel! Quality rooms, friendly service and a good restaurant. A solid 5 stars but with a small problem. The hotel is not very conveniently located for the city centre - you'll need to use your car for pretty much everything!
N. F.
As an American, I have to adapt some things for international travel, but this hotel was extremely accommodating. Shane at the front desk was very helpful, and every employee I met was very kind and smiling. Future Inn was a fantastic change of pace for me, and I am looking forward to staying with them again. Thank you for a wonderful experience in Plymouth! I will recommend you to anyone traveling to Plymouth.
S. R. (.
Quiet atmosphere despite its size. Pleasant and relaxed staff. Fishbone restaurant has nice food, no need to go out unless you prefer to cross the dual carriageway to McDonald's.
N. M.
Nice rooms, good breakfast. Free bottled mineral water in my room which is a nice touch. My booking was messed up unfortunately and the reception staff were perhaps less helpful than they could have been.
T. M.
Rooms are a very good size, staff are friendly and helpful. No trouser press but an ironing board and iron are provided with plenty of power outlets. The restaurant is quite reasonable though alcohol is the usual level of hotel expense.
S. H.
Rooms were clean and well fitted out, beds were comfy, hotel generally very smart and staff were polite and helpful. Breakfast in morning was a little pricey at £10 but plenty of selection and all good quality. Little bit hard to find the hotel due to the roadworks outside (not much signage) but plenty of parking when we arrived. Overall very good, great location for accessing the city centre (by car).
K. T.
Our stay at Future Inn Plymouth was very pleasant. The room was large and clean and the staff were friendly and polite. The only problem we had was with the room card and that was dealt with efficiently by the desk staff. We ate in the Fishbone restaurant which had a good choice of menu including children's options. The waiting staff were helpful and friendly. The location is not too far from town by car and only 10 minutes drive from the Plymouth Life Centre.
W. W.
Quiet, good size room although bit tatty here and there, especially the carpet. WiFi practically non-existent which was disappointing for a relatively new hotel. Didn't try restaurant and £10 for breakfast was a bit steep for me. Overall not bad.
J. S.
I booked a suite to treat the kids as we don't go away often. We love it, especially with the cava, fruit, bottled water, lovely toiletries, robes and slippers provided. Within minutes of checking in a lovely lady appeared with an ice bucket without me even asking for one. Maybe I'm easily pleased but amazing, ing so far. Weather is shocking though!!
J. R.
Easy parking, very quick and efficient service, thank you
m. c.
Easy friendly check in, a nice meal, room was clean tidy and large. A decent breakfast and a very generous checkout time of midday which fitted really well with the purpose of my visit to Plymouth.
M. B. (.
Stayed here 3 nights amazing service amazing covid standards too. Very helpful staff. High hygiene standards.
H. H.
We stayed here for two nights. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We had a problem getting to the hotel as access was blocked by road works, had to phone hotel to get directions on how to get there. The room was a little tired, it needed redecorating as the wallpaper was lifting in places and had small tears, the desk area had abrasions on the edges, the window frames were dirty, there was dried in food in the carpet, it looked like a squashed tomato. The bed was very comfortable and there were plenty of pillows. We had a meal on the first night it was a little disappointing as £10 for gammon, eggs chips and peas in my optinion was a little over the top. There was one incident that we felt was "bad show" a female member of the waiting staff criticised a member of the bar staff in front of customers. Nicky a receptionist was really lovely, she was so helpful. I know this sounds like we didn't enjoy our short stay..we did it was just niggling little things..would we stay again? Yes.. However there were little things that helped ,an ice bucket in the room..an ice machine in the corridor and the size of the room was excellent. The bathroom/toilet was novel, if someone was in the shower and someone needed to use the toilet at the same time, the bathroom door could be shut across the toilet recess to ensure privacy to both parties, an excellent idea. Sorry this review is a little disjointed..I keep thinking of things . anyway finally enjoy your stay at this hotel.
S. M.
Clean, well organised and very helpful and friendly staff. Good adherence to all guidelines and made for a relaxing stay.
J. H.
Great place to stay fantastic suites and 5 star service all the staff were excellent and attentive.
Breakfast excellent with very good selection of food from cold buffet with smoked salmon to full English.
Would stay there again
B. K.
Nice, large room.
Very friendly, welcoming staff.......however..
I've noticed that a lot of hotels do advertise a "Fitness room." This is a strategic way of describing a bedroom (usually next to a noisy lift or staircase .) which has been kitted out with various exercise equipment.
Unfortunately the kit is quite often not maintained and of low quality.
The facility is one of desirability for the website in my opinion.
The Future Inn is no exception.
Other than this the hotel was clean & modern.
S. M.
One of the best hotels I've stayed in so far. This was my 2nd time staying here and both times, it's been lovely. Twin double room is outstanding. A lot of storage available and loads of room to move around freely too.
M. M.
Nice Hotel, location is not the best if you're not driving. However, rooms are large, internet is fast and the showers nice and powerful. Be careful of the parking situation. You will get a ticket if you don't enter your number plate at reception.

Nice beds attentive staff
C. M.
Went for a Plymouth construction group meeting. Had a buffet breakfast and coffee. Good location for me as it's in north Plymouth, others who had travelled from me central areas were late. Room was too small for the number of delegates. More chairs were required but came quickly and were comfortable.
H. N.
Lovely place well worth what i spent, room was a cool tenperture with comfortable bed even gave me extra pillows like i requested. Only issue is the bath supplies (shampoo etc...) wasnt enough for the stay but loved my time here
D. P.
Value for money, no frills hotel. Rooms have standard hotel facilities, including a bath. Free parking and situated on the outskirts of Plymouth, ideal for exploring Dartmoor and further, and also for visiting the city.
Courteous staff, clean, modern decor. Always enjoy staying here.
A. H.
Good sized room. Check out slow no speedy check out service. Asked every breakfast if I wanted to charge my room but it was already included in the rate. Food in room service was very average and £3.50 tray charge makes them a very expensive delivery service. I could order from a local take away and pay less for delivery.
G. W.
Nice food, questionable work ethic of the kitchen staff. Rooms are spacious with good showers. Breakfast is generally good quality with a good variety of options. Not much around unless you are working on the science park or hospital.
S. K.
The future in is currently being used for the NHS phlebotomy department plenty of parking clean and tidy premises overall a good experience for giving blood that is generated by your doctors
J. M.
The room was pretty big but fairly basic. We checked in early hours of the morning and left fairly early so did not spend much time there. Shower was powerful. We did not have the breakfast.
R. B.
They charge £6.50 to watch a film over a year old. Oh and £3.50 for room service charge. Come on its only up the elevator & get some more staff you tightwads. Other than that decent all round the staff are good and its clean & modern. Food not bad either if you don't mind paying a bit over the top to save going out.
D. M.
Very good location pleanty of free parking as long as you input your registration at reception. Hotel is very clean with large well equipped bedrooms. Stayed here several times and never had any issues.
V. G.
Lovely big rooms and friendly and helpful staff. It is quite a way out of Plymouth but near A38 for onward travel. Can get a bus into city centre. Breakfast buffet has most things with the best toaster ever encountered in a hotel!
P. A.
Nice hotel. Very good staff. Spacious rooms and bed. Plenty of car parking. McDonald’s, kfc, m&s food stalls nearby. We had excellent stay.
K. C.
Super hotel. Rooms are very roomy, clean and comfortable. Very friendly staff and welcoming at reception. Would definitely go back and stay there again. Hoping to go back in a few months time.
D. V.
Recommend anyone to stay here rooms good quality and staff very helpful
D. R.
My partner stayed there. Nice room.Air conditioning as well.he did not try the food. Went out to a chippy
D. G.
Great place to stay when visiting Plymouth. Just a couple of miles out from city centre.
Staff are very good, it's quite and the rooms are big great if you are in a wheelchair. The Fishbone Restaurant is good with a contemporary west country flavour, enjoy.
D. M. W. N.
No easy to get to on account of local roadworks. Staff at desk weren't particularly welcoming. Parking fine threats all over carpark. Anyone using hotel has to input registration within 15mins of arrival to avoid fine.
Booked for a meeting, adequate room and facilities provided.
I. E.
stopped for a hot chocolate, was all a bit neurotic with the covid regulations , also had to sit outside on terrace in F9 lol to have a hot chocolate so just sat in the car.
L. W.
Amazing place! My friends wedding and the place was stunning! The staff were incredible, especially Jodie who saved my day and dress with some handy safety pins! Wonderful day!
B. S.
The check in at this Future Inn at Plymouth was quick. The friendly staff member made sure that I had entered my car reg as the screen was "playing up" and she did not want guests to get charged for parking. My room number, 320 (accessible) was quite spacious with 2 queen size beds to choose from. The bathroom again was a shower room & had dual height sinks and was again larger than usual. There was a nice bonus of an iron & ironing board in the proper wardrobe. I ate in the bonefish resturant & had the Gruyere cheese mushrooms for starter & for main I chose the steak burger. It was ok but the burger was a bit oily. There are roadworks outside at the moment & the noise from machinery went on until about 10pm. Not sure how much longer they will be here but it's quite a big construction site. The breakfast at this Future Inn at Plymouth was again in the bonefish resturant & was a buffet style. All quite usual breakfast items were there. One thing to note if you have a cooked breakfast is the sausages are of a better quality then other chain of hotels.
M.
Not bad place, tidy room, everything what's needed is here. Air conditioning in room kettle and coffee left for use on tables, decent quality TV (smart TV) can't complain if to be honest, as only checked in 20min ago but I'm sure the rest of the night will be OK as well... So far so good
D. M.
Location is a little further out of the Barbican but nevertheless it is a decent hotel. Rooms are of a decent size and fully equipped with smart TVs, comfy beds and a sofa. Free open WiFi so can openly connect as many devices. The fishbone restaurant serves great food, although booking early is a must.
K. B.
Good hotel, convenient for Derriford hospital. Seems to have everything you need, but little oddities like missing a bedside table and the lights needing to be all on or none make it slightly less well appointed than at first appears. Room is large though and WiFi free.
R. S.
I went to the NHS Phlebotomy at Future Inn Plymouth. Every thing went very smoothly. Lovely hotel.
C. M.
Clean and new, staff friendly.. A bit outside the city though.
M. S.
Safe. Quiet. Affordable. Free parking. Nice restaurant Fishbone. Friendly and helpfull staff. Late check outs.
Rewards for every £1 spend Recommended
J. C.
Fabulous stay here.
Enormous choice for breakfast
Rooms amazing service and staff very good.
Handy for everything in the area.
Secure parking
C. Y.
Solid business hotel, attached to small conference center. The double room was spacious and had a nice work surface. There is a McDonalds across the street but otherwise not really accessible by foot to much else.
N. 9.
Stayed here a few times in Plymouth for work. Lively bar and rooms are always clean and modern. Can't walk to town but there are plenty of busses to take you in just off the main road
B. J.
There was an issue with our room booking but the hotel staff went out of there way to accommodate and added a complementary breakfast for us. I travel a lot and this is the standard of service that show that this is a very well organised and customer friendly hotel.
S. T.
A quiet location on the outskirts of town, with great road and bus access (the roadworks should be finished soon). Great rooms with useful things like wifi included for free. There's an on-site restaurant, which was ok. There's also an M&S Simply Food, McDonald's, pizza place and KFC within walking distance.
L. M.
Friendly: air conditioned bedrooms, exellent quality beds and bedding, plenty of free parking, big elevators, nice restaurant. I will choose this hotel again when I come to Plymouth. Oh- and an ironing board and iron in the coat cupboard!
n. s.
Rooms comfortable and clean, staff friendly , like the bowels of fruit by the lifts, and bottled water in the room, replaced each day, unlike the bigger chain hotels!
B.
Staff always welcoming.Food is always great..
V. H.
Wonderfully clean, massive rooms, good prices and a wonderful breakfast!
Good for gluten free!
S. P.
Really pleasant stay. R
ooms are big comfortable and spotlessly clean. Staff polite and helpful. Breakfast excellent and reasonably priced. Will definitely stay there again.
E.
Great place, excellent service, wonderful breakfast, upkeep and rooms 100%, restaurant 4/5 (there's room for improvement, needs a little more staff training), plus free parking.
K. C.
Nice rooms. Friendly service. Only complain is the windows which arent soundproof nor windproof which is annoying is the hospital is near= Lots og sirenes.it allso gets a bit chilly in the rooms when cold winds are blowing
G. P.
Good hotel to stay, but the restaurant food is some burgers salads and nothing which I can choose from the menu. Personal was so busy to hurry for end of the shift.... Hotel is good restaurant is poor
R. P.
Roomy clean hotel. Popular with families. Our kids loved the stay. Great breakfast. Value for monney
P. A.
Nice hotel. Very good staff. Spacious rooms and bed. Plenty of car parking. McDonald’s, kfc, m&s food stalls nearby. We had excellent stay.
J. B.
Very good room. Bit further away from centre of city. Breakfast very good. Plenty of parking. Staff helpful. Good hotel.
N. M.
Nice rooms, good breakfast. Free bottled mineral water in my room which is a nice touch. My booking was messed up unfortunately and the reception staff were perhaps less helpful than they could have been.
D. S.
Did not use hotel or facilities. Went to the NHS in hotel meeting room
N. M.
Staff are very professional and friendly. Hotel is a modern American style of hotel. With rooms comtaining two King sized beds, smart TV, iron, kettle, bottled water, and air conditioning. The beds are very comfortable. Restaurant is very …
P. C.
Clean room friendly service
D. M.
Only went in for blood tests very friendly
S. M.
One of the best hotels I've stayed in so far. This was my 2nd time staying here and both times, it's been lovely. Twin double room is outstanding. A lot of storage available and loads of room to move around freely too.
D. S.
Superb spacious rooms with WIFI.
This hotel is situated in the Derriford area of Plymouth and is close to Derriford hospital, Peninsula Medical Centre and Tamar Science Park.
The parking is plentiful with a fast check in and out service.
The restaurant can be hit and miss with inattentive service being the main problem.
On previous visits it has been known for us to actually chase the staff down for a cup of coffee.
Nice hotel though
David
D. M.
Hotel is a little cheep n cheerful. Could do with a small maintenance overhaul.
Staff are lovely, freindly and make the extra effort.
D. M.
Nice rooms, very tidy, not too expensive, free WiFi, there is always someone at reception on hand. Facilities are excellent. All in all I would stay there again.
M. M.
A good, clean and comfortable. It does what it says on the tin.
Staff could have more awareness towards non visible disabilities as well as inclusion for LGBT people.
l. v.
Thank you very much. The room was nice and tidy. Friendly stuff. Highly recommended.
P. G.
Clean comfortable and very accommodating staff, the meal was good in the attached resteraunt, it's a taxi ride into Plymouth itself or there's a bus stop around the corner. All in all I would use again.
j. w.
Lovely Hotel, friendly staff. Reasonable priced. Highly recommended Future Inn
R. “. L.
Lovely hotel. Standard is better than Premier Inn, more like Mercure or Novotel. Wonderful, friendly and genuinely caring staff from reception and cleaners through restaurant to management. Highly recommended.
G. H.
Very clean n tidy
Room was spot on
Food very nice . Beer expencive 🥲
A. W.
Excellent rooms and really good value for money. Absolutely miserable bar staff and lacklustre restaurant service let it down a bit but not bad at all.
T. K.
Very nice place. The staff were welcoming and the room was nice and spacious. We stayed for one night but didn't sample the breakfast.
P. S.
Value for money, friendly staff. Excellent rooms, lush beds, had a great night's sleep! Lovely restaurant and food, lovely breakfast! All in all a great place!!
j. m.
Nice room, food size bed very accommodating and helpful staff.
F. S.
Clean but restaurant is poor with no salad this evening. I have stayed here 3 times and every time the keycards stop working so a trip back for to reception is needed. Could do much better
M. H.
Absolutely outstanding. The nice lady took my blood and wanted a pot of my urine.
T. M.
Very comfy beds, spacious rooms, and lovely decor, I had a great time and the staff were friendly and helpful.
L. C.
Had blood done very good and a lot easier
W. S.
Free parking and WiFi , clean with spacious rooms
Poor tv signal and dated decor
T. V.
Very good modern hotel with English breakfast included in your price. Though quite far from the sea. Spacious rooms and beds with water mattresses.
L. R. T.
The hotel was fine for what it is. Nice comfortable beds. Ample room to work at the desk in the room. However be warned - stay away from the restaurant in the hotel. Best to eat out.
D. C.
Went there for an NHS blood test.
S. L.
Very welcoming and hospitality fantastic. Would definitely recommend it. Very friendly and helpful staff. Amazing food as well. Enjoyed every moment spent
G. P.
Good hotel to stay, but the restaurant food is some burgers salads and nothing which I can choose from the menu. Personal was so busy to hurry for end of the shift.... Hotel is good restaurant is poor
C. B.
Room was fantastic and very comfortable. Let down by incredibly slow service in the restaurant, with food taking up to an hour to come, despite the venue being empty.
M. D.
Nice place I went to get a blood test
G. G.
very large and clean room. there is no mini-bar but in the reception it is possible to request ice
r. s.
What a hotel😁 room was brilliant and big. I made a mess of my booking online and ended up with 2 different rooms on both nights. The receptionist was invaluable and corrected my mistake. Will go again.
R. P.
Roomy clean hotel. Popular with families. Our kids loved the stay. Great breakfast. Value for monney
E. G.
Hotel accommodation is okay, breakfast is standard British breakfast. However the staff at the restaurant and bar seems untrained like it had been hired the day before. The leftovers from the guys before us on the bar table were not removed during the 45 minutes we spend there.
J. F.
Not clean. Toilets were manky. Poor service. Aircon didn't work. Projector didn't fill the screen. Second rate for business mtgs.
M. B.
Good size well equipped room decent breakfast and helpful staff, stretches it calling it a gym it has an exercise bike rowing machine and bike.Good location for hospital
K. T.
Nice place to stay and they also had giant umbrellas on the patio outside, they are huge.i would like one. The sweat we stayed in was very nice.
s. p.
A little out of the way with truly appalling roads (planned in crayon by a 4 yr old) serving the locale. Hotel excellent value especially the suites if you have kids.
M. S.
Great location, nice large.rooms, lovely restaurant. Evening meal and breakfast both really good. Highly recommend..
R. K.
Nice place to stay good buffet breakfast
Stay here often when on business
Not their fault but roadworks has made finding it confusing to get there at times
Free car parking on site a bonus
Good location off the A38
Nice large rooms with complimentary water chocolates and tea
Free Wi-fi at hotel is a plus
J. C.
They have made great efforts to feed and water the residents albeit as room service. Good work folks
A. M.
I attend a weekly business networking event here. It is always well prepared with a good selection for most for breakfast. The meeting room is well equipped and very well laid out.
J. B.
Very good room. Bit further away from centre of city. Breakfast very good. Plenty of parking. Staff helpful. Good hotel.
J. T.
Pleasant enough hotel. Comfortable and easy to access. Food was okay but take a book to read as it takes forever to arrive at the table.
P. T.
If you are there for NHS tests don't forget to register your car Reg No on the Parking terminals at the reception desks
E. S.
I attended an event here and found the venue to be clean, conveniently located and having a lovely and comfortable yet professional feel. The staff I interacted with were all friendly and courteous.
S. H.
Only went to have a blood sample taken
s. p.
Very nice, clean, welcoming and comfortable. Staff were lovely on all our visits. Would highly recommend.
m. f.
Went for a blood test as this is where the hospital/ doctors are sending you. Very well organised and only there for 30 mins
k. k.
Sorry the only photo I had of this place was from my room. Very reasonable place at a very reasonable cost.loved their breakfast, with they had a swimming pool there as well, could have make it a perfect place.
A. R.
Staff are friendly and the rooms are clean. Coffee is truly terrible and the car park is run by a private firm of privateers Hell bent on fining customers at over inflated prices.
T. A.
A good, dependable place to stay with friendly staff. The breakfast is tasty, but I wouldn't recommend the restaurant for other meals.
W. R.
Best chain hotel I've stayed at. Very spacious rooms, Smart TV's, two double beds, large modern bathroom, and very reasonably priced.
S. F.
Nice venue, good room for conference event. Selection of food could of been healthier, the only health option was fruit which was appreciated but not very filling.
L. R.
It was fine, staff were good, rooms were okay, food wasn't brilliant but palatable. I wouldn't stay again but it was all fine.
C. W.
Staff are really friendly and the restaurant for sit down meals are good. The bit that lack are the decore appears quite dated and the breakfast is awful
S. P.
Breakfast is questionable as to what the sausages are... coffee is also the same. Peanuts though room is amazing and staff are friendly. Foods over priced too ;)
S. M.
Nice place, great rooms good value. Will definitely use again.
D. B.
We only went there to have blood taken. Very quick nice friendly staff.we were in and out in a very quick time.

Great hotel, very friendly staff, lovely food. And have booked to go back on our return from france
A. B.
Staff are brill , breakfast worth the money. Bar prices good too. On parr with premier Inn. Plus 3 night's for 2 deals also
L. B.
Great service as always but the room seemed a bit tired - missing grout in the floor tiles, missing button from the shower control. Little things but made it seem a little shabby
P. E.
Nice hotel good WiFi, smart TV didn't work even after reporting issue if was not looked at. Restaurant was OK although you have to book a reservation even when it's empty!?
j. j.
Nice big room, friendly staffs, lot of parking spaces and a free drink each time you check in if you are future in member.
S. d. V.
Friendly staff... but due the covid 19 cleaning is not close to perfect as it should be... that's why my 3 star rating.
P. K.
So good to stay in a proper hotel. Large comfortable rooms, a bar and a restaurant all of a good standard.
B. K. C.
Great service and location ...very spacious rooms as well as lot of parking
W. P.
Modern, clean and full facilities. The price of £208 for 5 nights was incredible value.
An absolute bargain.
C. W.
Located on the northern side of Plymouth this hotel is easily accessed from the A38. Rooms are large and comfortable. Plenty of free parking.
N. T.
By far the best hotel in the categories of hotels of this level like if you compare future in with premiere in travel lodge days in then this is by far the best hotel chain the rooms are spacious well-maintained

Attended a wedding fayre, good array of companies there but not great advertising. China Grace Plymouth had the best stall and a very original concept.
D. B.
The hotel was brilliant .I had fish and chips, but the batter was dripping with fat. Lovely place to stay.
V. K.
Noisy rooms, shaky beds, room service breaks in half nine on Sunday morning as no one runs to the door to answer one knock... Cheap price, cheap service. Good for a quick stop over.
T. W.
We had a comfortable stay the room was bright clean and comfortable with plenty of amenties. Enjoyable stay
w. l.

Booked for a meeting, adequate room and facilities provided.
P. Q.
Great hotel with good staff, clean rooms and lovely clean soft beds
