The staff at The Wedding Company are all so friendly and helpful. There is a calming and relaxed atmosphere to the store. Kelly was so kind, supportive and thoughtful helping me with my dress. Thank you so much, The Wedding Company - you've made me feel so comfortable and calm ahead of mine and my partner's wedding day, which I will always be so very thankful for. Absolutely fantastic service here. My daughter found her 4 bridesmaids dresses and the staff were really friendly,professional and helpful. Nothing is too much trouble. Special thanks to Hayley. The shop where my daughter bought her wedding dress has now told us that they are closing earlier than they first told us. This meant that we had to take possession of the dress in March and store it until the wedding in October. The Wedding Company has agreed to store her dress with the bridesmaids dresses until we need them .I consider this above and beyond the call of duty!Highly recommended.

What a lovely, friendly little place. Set out so nice inside and stunning dresses. We were helped by the sweetest girl Sammy who was patient, kind and listened to what my daughter liked and suggested some fab styles. A star treatment and we got the dress. Thank you 💕

Amazing service from start to finish!! I first met Hayley when looking for my wedding dress and she was so helpful & friendly! All the staff are really professional and go above & beyond making your wedding dress shopping completely stress free through the whole process! I cannot praise enough & would highly recommend.

Absolutely deserve 5 stars. My daughter didn't purchase dresses from them. We had an appalling experience from another bridal company by the dockyard. The Wedding Company stepped up to make sure my daughter's day was special in providing steaming of them all and assurance. That's all we could have wished for. The Groomsroom were perfect. We created a little messing around for them but nothing was too much trouble. Good customer service seems to be in very short supply these days but not in this case. I can't thankyou all enough. I could not fault this wedding shop in any way, I met three of the girls that work there and they were all absolutely lovely, making me feel so welcome as I was given my own dressing room where all my family were welcomed to sit and help me. I would class myself as a 'bigger bride,' closer to a size 22 rather than these models that are only a 2, and had had some horrendous experiences in other wedding dress shops yet at The Wedding Company not only did they have a range of dresses in my size, but made me feel comfortable and helped me with what was right for me. Any woman would love the wedding company, and I highly recommend the shop and the wonderful women that work there to help you find your dream dress.

If you are looking for beautiful dresses and attentive, knowledgable staff, The Wedding Company is the shop for you. I visited a number of dress shops and this was the only one that made me feel completely at ease and important. All of the ladies were lovely and I would like to thank Hayley in particular. Not only did she really listen and care about what I wanted, she gave me the guidence I needed to help me find 'the one'. I highly recommend this shop to any bride-to-be who wants to look and feel amazing on her big day.

You must go to this shop! It's the best in devon and quite possibly the entire U.K. I'd give the shop 10 stars if I could. Wonderful shop, dresses and staff. I can't praise this shop or the lovely ladies here enough. They are lovely, kind people who are so professional and more helpful than any other shop I've ever been to. Abbey and Hayley were supportive and helpful and will treat you with the utmost respect. I have never felt so good about myself as I felt here with them helping me to find my dress. I found the one and the whole experience has been so fun, memorable and pleasant. Which for someone who hates shopping is amazing. I wouldn't change anything, they are the loveliest, most helpful people and if you go you'll never regret it!
