5 stars easily. Great communication and flexibility setting up an appointment. They take the time to put you at ease, understand your needs and explain things. They massage triathletes so can handle relaxing or a strong massage. To feel like a new person and be properly pampered I would be surprised to find anyone better, and I have tried a few.

What a fantastic pampering experience from a very professional company! We had booked The Belvedere Pamper Company to visit our holiday home and provide massages to our group of 10 ladies and we were not disappointed. The whole day was so well organised and Linda was a truly lovely lady who provided us with a fabulous experience. The massages were incredibly relaxing and each one of said we didn't want our treatment to end. This really was the perfect treat after our long walk along (some of) Hadrian's Wall. I would highly recommend this service and wouldn't hesitate to book again!

We had a great experience with Belvedere. We booked for then to come round at the end of a hen do to treat the bride and the bridesmaids. They were exceptionally professional and very accommodating. We all loved our treatments and they were exceptionally relaxing after a stressful day or hen do organising! I am booking them again for a friends birthday and they have been extremely helpful and accommodating once again - looking forward to my next massage :)

We had a fantastic experience with Belvedere. A group of us booked a cottage for a weekend away for a hen party. Linda was so helpful and professional in the run up to the event providing all information about the treatments and prices. Payment was simple and straightforward. On the day of the event our therapists Mandy and Sara arrived early to set up. They were lovely and professional. Our treatments were fantastic, everyone felt wonderful and relaxed afterwards.i would highly recommend Belvedere's services and hope to use them again in future!
