A. L.I photograph at A LOT of wedding venues but have never quite come across any that are like Dunwood Hall. If you’re looking for a relaxed vibe DIY venue but still want some basic infrastructure then this is the perfect mixture of everything under one very impressive roof. You get the big Gothic Hall wedding venue vibes whilst also not being tied down to doing things in a certain way like at other venues. They only hold a select few a year also so you’re guaranteed to get a more unique feel to your day.
I’d strongly recommend at least paying it a visit whilst planning your big day.
J. B.I recently visited Dunwood Hall as a photographer. I approached the Kemp-Lovett family to ask if I possibly use the hall as a location for a styled shoot. They were more than accommodating and opened their home to us. So very professional and helpful. Myself and the other suppliers involved in the shoot all said what great hosts they were and such nice people. The House itself is nothing short of majestic, beautifully decorated throughout and the grounds were gorgeous. I really hope I get to work there again in the future. A fantastic, family run business.

C. J.We chose Dunwood Hall because of its gothic charm and quaint styling. It was the perfect intimate venue for what we wanted and still catered for a large party in the evening. It complimented our style superbly and really gave the retro/vintage feel that we wanted. As a venue it is a little different comprising of numerous intimate and enchanting rooms off the main hall. People would slink away and have quiet drinks or mingle in a busy atmosphere. The gardens are beautiful, again with numerous little pockets of gorgeousness which were perfect for photos. It is definitely a venue with the wow factor whilst keeping its composure and charm for a bespoke and truly magical day. We would absolutely recommend!
