Couldn’t recommend WED2BE enough!!! I was served by Gen and she was absolutely fabulous as were all the staff too! Kim was so patient during my 3 hour try on, bringing me all the different styles to help me find my perfect dress. My first ever experience of a bridal shop. I felt a little anxious in the build up to my visit but within the first 5 minutes the staff helped me feel at ease. Honestly i was quite nervous with the thought of trying loads of dresses on however Tammy made everything seem so effortless. She listened and made me feel really comfortable and special during the few hours me and my entourage of 2 spent in store. I had no clue about veils and accessories and to be honest wedding dresses but Tammy's knowledge and all the options available enabled me to find "the one". My daughter had an appointment yesterday with Emma. She had ordered a dress during lock down however on trying it just wasn't the right one. The next dress was everything she didn't want and it was amazing on her. Emma knew my daughters concerns and insecurities after a lengthy telephone call and to say she was fantastic is an understatement, she made my daughter feel at ease, recommended but never pushed and gave her all the time she needed to decide I cannot thank her enough. The rest of the team in were also amazing, super friendly, they made her day an amazing experience and I cannot thank them enough. Emma you are a superstar.

I went with my mum to choose my wedding dress with a bag of nerves and heaps on excitement! I had a lot of ideas of what I did and didn't want and Danni was with us from the minute we walked in the door. She went through the dress styles with me, advised me on choosing a shape, colour and style of dress and she was so patient with me! I was very comfortable trying on different dresses and she was very helpful with everything I needed advice with! I didn't think I'd quite found the one, even though they were all beautiful, until we had some added help from the store manage (Anne?) who put together a great dress for me, which Danni dressed beautifully with accessories and I walked out with THE ONE! Selection is great, all shapes and sizes catered for. Staff were very welcoming, knowledgeable, enthusiastic and up for a laugh. Two of the three of us are disabled and were offered alternative appropriate seating for viewing area. Very competitive prices and value for money is excellent. Dresses for a few hundred quid upwards, the quality and detail is fantastic, a £600 dress wouldn't look out of place next to a £2k dress. My sister looked stunning and is very happy. You take your dress and any accessories you purchased away with you on the day and your shop will advise which seamstresses they use for alterations, or you can source your own, of course. Highly recommend looking on the website before attending as it helps to have an idea of what necklines, cuts and trains you do and don't like. Do your best to be open to suggestions from the staff if you think you know what you want as they might be able to take the dress to other levels of *fabulous* you didn't even know were possible. Plenty of room for people in the entourage, but being a budget friendly store there is no champagne greeting.

Visited the Stoke store today with my best friend Angela . We were greeted by a friendly member of the team who explained everything . We walked around and picked out the dresses I liked ,then took a seat on the comfy sofas . Even will the girls being very busy they found time to chat to us while we waited to try on the dresses. The young lady helping me to try on was called Tammy and well what can I say she was fantastic, very relaxed and made me feel comfortable getting changed etc . She even picked out different dresses and added a veil and under skirt . I never once felt rushed or pressured by Tammy ,she is a credit to Wed2b, Stoke !!! Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting a friendly, relaxed atmosphere.

I visited the bridal store last week and I can honestly say that I am so pleased that it was the first dress shop I tried. All of the staff were amazing and so helpful. I felt relaxed and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. I didn't feel pressurised at all and Tammy was great. She listened carefully and was able to give me some great advice and this led to me walking out with my dream dress. Just visited the stoke store to help my daughter choose her wedding dress. Came out feeling very satisfied with our purchase due to the assistant Laura, nothing was too much trouble for her. She definitely went above and beyond. Even down to putting a loose plait into my daughter's to see how a tiara and vail went with the chosen dress and getting the tissues out when we cried. Would definitely recommend.

visited the store today, with no intention in buying a dress, it was my first time trying dresses on and needed see what style I wanted, i was greeted by evangeline, evangeline was very patient and talked me through everything I needed to know and suggested what dresses i could try, I tried on 4 different dresses and evangeline really helped me and showed me different accessories to go with the dresses and I ended up buying my dream wedding dress today. Got my bridesmaids dresses from here. Even though it was busy, the level of service we received was fantastic! The sales assistance offered her advice and didn't rush us into making a decision. Would definitely recommend.

Came in nearly two weeks ago to get my dress and I'm still beaming from head to toe. I had put a dress to one side that I had tried previously at the Bolton store. I would never have even considered this dress if the lady at the Bolton store hadn't pulled it out for me and suggested I try it on. I tried this dress again as well as a couple of others just to check this was the dress. Emma was fantastic. She was so patient and helped me try lots of different veils and try my shoes on with the dress to judge height and overall look. I have been to three different stores and they were all fantastic with wonderful staff.

This was my first wedding dress shop I'd been in and I walked out the same day with my dream dress. All staff were very friendly, brought out new stock that weren't on the shop floor for me to try on. The young lady who helped me was very helpful and friendly and helped keep me comfortable in what can be a personal situation. (I did have to giggle at the face masks). The one thing we did mention that for the dresses that were bigger it would of been helpful to have some clothes clips to help you see what it would look like once tailored to your shape. My mum and myself do think it would be nicer to have carpet all the way through the shop and not just in the fitting rooms. All in all, I'm very happy with my dress and I'm looking forward to our big day.

No booking appointments, just turn up choose 4 dresses to start with then wait to be called. Perfect if you don't want to fuss with appointments. We only waited 45mins, plenty of staff to ensure you're not waiting long. I had Emma to help me. She was lovely, giving me different ideas and bringing different accessories. One of the items needed a fasten repairing which meant me having to go back again, only 15 mile away but rung to say I was struggling to get back for a couple of weeks, Emma offered to post out, perfect. It's arrived safely. Highly recommended, I now have a beautiful dress. Thank you.

The shop is lovely and bright. perfect lighting to view your dress in Lay out is great and there is so much choice! The changing rooms are fantastic! Lots of seating for your bridal party and the changing room it's self is enormous! I had Kayleigh looking after me- absolute asset to your company. I cannot explain how at ease she made me feel.Really professional and laid back. Patience of a saint! On a quick visit to browse for THE dress with my gorgeous best friend she was adamant that she didn't want to try anything on. The staff were friendly and welcoming but not pushy or on the hard sell and this put us both at ease to wander around freely looking at different styles with no pressure or eyes staring us down. Well, one thing led to another and the wonderful Tammy supported us in Sam's first venture to try a wedding dress on. She put Sam at complete ease and was more than helpful, chatting away to relieve the nerves and fetching different styles for her to try out.
