Cath and Kirsty were amazing. Despite purchasing my dress during the pandemic, they made me feel so comfortable. They had a range of styles and sizes. I ended up buying a sample dress which was in perfect condition, they recommended a seamstress who was equally incredible. Thank you so much ladies for making me feel beautiful on the most magical day of my life.

Worthy of all the high star reviews. I made an appointment online which was quick and simple. When arriving at my appointment I was professionally welcomed by Cath, who I cannot emphasis enough how amazing she was. The selection of dresses were absolutely beautiful and I was assisted with the styles I liked as well as trying different options that were suggested. I was able to try on a range of different veils and accessories which helped envision all of the options that I could do for my special day. After being to several shops, I found Cath to be the most helpful and was so knowledgable as well as honest - there was no pressure to make a decision which made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. The price range was incomparable to other shops that I had been to, unbelievable selection and quality at such a reasonable cost - I couldn't believe my eyes! I made a second appointment for a few days later and I SAID YES TO THE DRESS!!! And the beautiful veil!! With the dress that I chose, there were a few things that I wanted to add to the dress which they have made possible with their very talented seamstress who is going to make my wedding dress my dream dress! I cannot thank Cath and the Bridal Den enough for all of their help and support in me finding my perfect dress. I'm so excited for all my family and friends to see me marry the love of my life in such elegance and style. Thank you so so much! Cannot recommend enough - I promise you will not be disappointed!

Cannot recommend more highly. Found my perfect dress in the Bridal Den today and the whole experience has been phenomenal. Kath and her team are so attentive and knowledgable and the whole atmosphere is just so relaxed and chilled. It was my first wedding shop I’ve been too and I can’t believe how comfortable I felt there. I found the perfect dress on dress number three. Kath kindly arranged an appointment for me again in the afternoon as I went to another bridal shop just to be completely sure and came back to try on the, ‘The One’ again. Went to the bridal den today and said yes to the dress! It was my first ever bridal shop visit, and I said yes to the very first dress I tried on. The owner was super super knowledgeable. She instantly recognised what dresses would suit my shape, height and size. She clearly knows her stuff but isn't in any way pushy! The atmosphere has a chilled, no pressure vibe which instantly puts you at ease. I loved it. We tried about 5/6 dresses on and I ended up saying yes to the first one I tried on. I suppose we all knew the search was over right away but tried a few more on just to make sure (and who doesn't love trying dresses on!) honestly, first class service. Also, my wedding is very soon and the bridal den has an excellent turn around time for ordered dresses. Win win win! 5*

Would give more stars if I could! Cath and Lucy were absolutely amazing, couldn't have been more helpful. Completely put me at ease from the moment I walked in. I fell in love with the very first dress I tried on, but Cath encouraged me to try numerous dresses in different styles so that I could be sure that first dress was the one. Absolutely Amazing!! Visited The Bridal Den with my sister for her upcoming wedding. The staff members were very welcoming and made us feel extremely comfortable. ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! I booked an appointment in the Bridal Den, expecting I'd struggle to find my dream dress. However, from the second I walked in, I was speechless. So many nice dresses; there wasn't a dress I would not try on. Very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff. No limit to how many dresses you can try. Very reasonable price, amazing quality. Found my wedding dress here with Catherine. Had a really lovely experience, tried all shapes, styles, felt at ease, comfortable and relaxed. Catherine had so much time for me in person and via phone. Gave me lots of options to explore and i found the dress to suit me. No pressure to buy. Friendly and fantastic service! Would recommend to anyone. And price wise - unbelievable - wouldn't find a better bargain any where else. Went away to have a little think but soon returned to buy my dream dress. My bridesmaids came and my mum to fitting which was a beautiful experience also. Cath also suggested a lady i could have alterations with - nothing was too much.

Having been to several bridal shops in and around swansea, I have to say that Cath & Kirsty at the bridal den & their amazing customer service puts some of the other shops to absolute shame. They were so helpful, so accommodating & so reassuring. There was no pushy sales technique, I was given plenty of time to browse, try on and consider the beautiful dresses they had - they were fantastic. They had the vision to show me dresses both in and out of my comfort zone & I was amazed at the value for money on the dresses. I’d highly recommend them to any bride-to-be!!

My experience at The Bridal Den was nothing short of amazing. Cath and Kirsty were both so lovely and helpful. After a negative experience at a different shop, I was nervous to attend my appointment at The Bridal Den. I really had nothing to worry about! I couldn't have felt more comfortable there... Especially as I found the PERFECT dress! They also cater for all body types and sizes and really made me feel reassured. (And they provided tissues when I cried with happiness!)

Called the Bridal Den in the morning to ask whether they had an appointment for that day and yes they did. So off we went, me and my counsin, totally off the cuff and arrived at the Bridal Den to be welcomed by the owner which was very friendly. We asked her what type of dress she would recommend for me. She picked one from the rail, and my first thought was 'nah that wont suit me at all' she said 'try it on and you might feel different'.....my god it looked totally different to what i was expecting. It was the one i have decided to go for. Took me 4 different dresses and i went back to that one and placed an order. Thank you so much for being friendly, kind and so helpful. I love the fact that it's one to one and no pushy sales staff. The lady was so welcoming makes you feel so comfortable . Wow, wow , wow!! What cool and chilled vibes in this shop! From the communication before even arriving to the moment we left the shop, Cath was on point. She made us all feel so welcome. It almost felt like walking into a friends house , no pressure, no drama just relaxed and excitement. I want to thank you all so much. I've come out of there with THE dress and I couldnt be happier. I want to pay a special thank you to Caths assistant (who's name has escaped me 🙈) as she actually choose the dress which we has missed on the rails.
