I cannot recommend the House of Elliot highly enough. Everyone has been extremely personable, helpful and professional from choosing my boots to receiving them in the post. It was so personal, to the sizing, emails and the small handwritten note; I was made to feel like an individual and not just another buyer. The boots ... well where to start!?! I wanted something alternative and untraditional as my bridal gown was very vintage. I choose the black lace and they are the most beautiful boots I've ever seen. I wore them for the entire day (much dancing included) and my feet didn't hurt. It's wonderful how comfy they were considering how delicate they looked. Everyone loved them and our suppliers thought they were awesome and so different. If you want to stand out from the crowd these are the shoes! I'm even tempted to buy others in the range. Thank you to the entire team ❤️

I am so delighted I found House of Elliot. Nicole is simply amazing, so helpful and thorough. I wasn't quite sure which size to order in the Lotti Elliot boots becauseI have bunions and it narrows your market when choosing footwear. I sent my foot measurements to Nicole and she picked the right size. When the boots arrived, I felt like a child in a candy shop. They were packaged so beautifully and really are a work of art. The most beautiful shoes I have ever bought!! Nicole was extremely helpful when I needed some advice about the sizing of the Lottie Elliot Lace Ankle boots. We seem to have got it right first time and they are very comfortable, which is essential as I plan to do a lot of dancing on the Big Day. The rounded toes and slightly padded insoles are ideal and they’re really easy to put on and tie up. The material is very high quality, it’s just a shame I will only get to wear them properly once. Delivery was quick, despite the busy Christmas period, and the shoes were packaged in a lovely Ivory box with a ribbon, something to cherish.
