In the end I didn't buy my dress from Trousseaux Bridal, however I did have a consultation appointment to try on dresses. Vicki was so so lovely and knowledgeable, she made me feel at ease. A really lovely store and such beautiful dresses. Would definitely recommend

These ladies deserve so much more than five stars!!! I arrived with a disaster story from a previous shop, these ladies moved heaven and earth to help me! I had the most amazing experience choosing my dress. They have fabulous knowledge of their stock and what can make you look amazing. They are also extremely truthful. I left with a gigantic smile on my face, and a feeling that I had made life long friends. I would visit them again in a heartbeat, and I live 3.5 hours away!! You would be crazy to not visit this store. 💓💓💓💓

I only have good things to say about Trousseaux Bridal. I was really nervous about my appointment but as soon as I walked through the door Vicki made me feel completely at ease and was amazing throughout! The whole experience was perfect, such a friendly relaxed atmosphere. I had so much fun trying on all the dresses and taking pictures. It sounds cliché but I genuinely felt like a princess, the dresses are beautiful and the decor is stunning. My best friend came with me and lives nowhere near Swindon but said afterwards that she is going going to come to Trousseaux for her wedding dress next year because she loved the experience that much. I would recommend every bride to come to Trousseaux Bridal.

Best Bridal Dress Shopping Experience! I was so anxious about shopping for my dress but as soon as I arrived I felt comfortable and relaxed. The owner Vicki and the sales girls are all so helpful and really went above and beyond to give me advice on anything and everything! I've been in twice now, once when I bought my stunning dress and the second time to try it on again a few months later as I was getting worried - they fit me in for an appointment the same day. I'm so lucky I found them, they've helped me in so many more ways than for just buying my dress. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for their perfect dress with the most perfect experience! :)

Vicki and her team were amazing from start to finish! We went to Trousseaux for my sister's wedding dress appointment and she immediately put her at ease, checking all her details, including budget and preferences. Her and her team were all professional but not pushy, they picked out some dresses based on her preferences and silhouette. I visited Trousseaux Bridal this morning to find a veil for my wedding and could not have had a more positive experience. From the moment that we walked into the shop Kay, Kendra and Vicky made us feel so welcome and at ease. They were all incredibly professional and knowledgeable but took the time to listen in detail to what I was looking for and I was absolutely delighted with their very first suggestion. They really did make the experience so special and so much fun too! I was really impressed by the absolutely wonderful staff and owner (and of course the beautiful veils and accessories) and I would not hesitate to recommend Trousseaux Bridal to any brides to be. I would also add that the location of the shop was a real benefit - easily accessible with good parking and a lovely spacious interior.

Wow, Trousseaux were simply amazing! I visited the studio looking for bridesmaids dresses for my 4 maids, and simply fell in love with the most stunning dress on a mannequin stood centre stage just glistening in the sun light. Although I thought I had found the dress I loved online, this one just was just the next level incredible.Vicki simply suggested I tried it on, just to see, and she couldn’t have been any less pushy, but it was an offer I just couldn’t say no to. Like they say in the movies, I just knew it was the one!!! A few weeks later I brought a couple of bridesmaids with me to show them and start trying on their dress options. They had such a selection, and there was no limitation on how many we could try on. With my bridesmaids spread all over the country, I had to bring them in at separate occasions, and every time we were welcomed with open arms. Every step of the way, myself, Mum and bridesmaids were made to feel so special, and provided such a personable service during such a special and exciting time. Wedding planning can be stressful but I can honestly say that Trousseaux made the dresses all come together seamlessly. Such an incredible service and the most stunning selection of dresses. I would recommend Vicki and her team to all my friends and family without any hesitation. Thank you again ladies, you are amazing x

Vikki and Kendra were fantastic when selecting our wedding dresses. Myself and my wife felt so at home. We were given options and opinions which really made us feel like we made the right choice. Vikki got the designer to come into the studio and allowed us to meet with her and Talk about our dresses. She was professional and fantastic. Myself and my wife felt a true honour to work with Vikki and her team. The dress was fantastic and exactly what we were looking for, Vikki put us in contact with a alternation service once our dresses arrived, and allowed us to come and try them on whenever we wanted. Thank you Vikki and the team. You did an amazing job and keep up the hard work. Your fantastic.
