Debbie has been amazing! My Mum and I contacted her and she was able to book us in to see her to try on dresses at very short notice, you couldn't ask for a more responsive business. We were made to feel very welcome and relaxed in the shop, and she was so supportive selecting dresses that were super flattering to my body shape and had the design elements I was hoping to find. The shop has a wide range of styles and colour choices for every bride, and all were sensibly priced and felt and looked very high quality. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Debbie and her business. I got my wedding dress from here. Such a lovely and welcoming salon and good quality wedding dresses (and prom dresses) at affordable prices. All the staff are friendly and the in store seamstress is super handy to have. The staff are accomadating and I would highly recommend!

I cannot recommend Heavenly Wedding Belles enough....I went along feeling a bit disheartened after visiting a few other bridal shops and being completely underwhelmed by the service I received and what they had to offer! From the moment I got in touch with Debbie this felt completely different....I had the best experience, on arrival we were told that Lilly would be looking after us and that she did. Nothing was too much trouble, she listened to what I liked/didn't like and had so much patience! The choice of wedding dresses were amazing, Lilly and Debbie offered advice and between them have so much knowledge. I said YES to the most beautiful dress and have to say I received 5 star service!

I highly recommend Heavenly Wedding Belles for prom dresses. I took my Daughter there last week and she fell in love with the first dress she tried on. It took less than a week for it to be delivered to the shop and we collected it today. I can not fault the service received. Parking outside the shop is so convienient, we were greeted by happy, friendly staff on both visits and it felt like such a lovely experience instead of being stressful. My Daughter was made to feel special, the staff were so helpful and not pushy at all. She had plenty of time to look through their large selection of dresses and was so happy with the dress she picked. She looks beautiful in it and can't wait to wear it for her prom. VERY Highly recommended I had been to other local bridal shops and felt very pushed in a corner to buy (one shop kept texting me too, pressuring me) but Heavenly Wedding Belles was far from that. Absolutely fantastic experience trying on dresses. I immediately knew when I found 'The dress!' Through the struggles of lockdown and trying to find a dress in time I cannot fault this amazing shop. They promised me my dress would arrive in time, and they stuck to their word! Most other shops said I would only be able to buy off the rack with what time I had. Not these guys, it felt like they went above and beyond, its such a lovely feeling! Very friendly, also helped me be at ease for such an important decision. I would 100% recommend this shop. Had an absolutely lovely experience here. There is so much choice and Debbie was extremely patient whilst I tried on different gowns. She opened my eyes to styles I hadn't thought of and really ensured that I left confident with my choice. Great professional service and a lovely shop. I went into heavenly wedding belles after seeing them at a wedding fare and learning all dresses were under £799 I thought I’d book an appointment to try some wedding dresses on. It was me and my four bridesmaids all trying on dresses and Debbie was amazing all the time was placed into making sure that we were happy in the dress that we chose! And she let me try on the same dress at least three times just because I couldn’t make up my mind! 😂 she was amazing with my younger sister who has special needs, gave endless compliments that really helped with trying the dresses on and even did me a deal because I was buying five dresses and knocked £170 off the overall!! She was so friendly and the customer service was excellent she is truly a credit to the store, I can’t wait to go back for my fitting!!

Contacted these ladies a few days a go and managed to get myself an appointment even though they've been so busy. After speaking to Karen who was running the heavenly weddings belles stall at the Copthrone Hotel wedding fayre I decided to cancel my other dress viewing appointments and try this shop first as she seemed really friendly and genuine. At my appointment in store I was greeted by Debbie who would be helping me find my dress. I have always hated clothes shopping but Debbie put me at ease straight away and within half an hour I had found and ordered my perfect dress at a reasonable price too! Thank you very much!!! I found my dress after trying a few on at the end of August and Debbie was so helpful (and honest, which is perfect)! She helped me with a few different dresses, let me try on the same dress twice (this was the one I ended up picking) and also let my little sister who was 7 (now 8) try on a few dresses and we found her one (will be getting closer to the time). My dress arrived earlier this month and it fits perfectly apart from the straps and a little bit in the waist (a little too big (extra bonus!!)) but it's the most comfortable dress I've ever worn and Debbie gave me the card for the seamstress and also informed me that they may be getting their own in-house seamstress. She told me that it happens a lot with straps (my first fitting in August was when she told me this as I wasn't comfortable in strapless dresses) and they usually need adjusting so I'm so relaxed, bearing in mind I'm not getting married until next year! I purchased a belt with my dress and upgraded my veil, but I also got a free bag and garter! My experience was amazing and I couldn't recommend them more, would definitely have to message Debbie closer to the wedding to ask about when to see the seamstress as I trust her judgement completely!! Heavenly Wedding Belles is the best bridal shop I've been too, you get treated amazingly by the staff and I've found my perfect dress, which I can't stop looking at!! Can not fault this beautiful treasure of a bridal shop. I found “the one” after the lovely ladies gave me so much of their time. I only had to wait a couple of months for my dress to be made. On returning to the shop I tried my dress on and it looked even better than the sample one. The lady spent time with me choosing my veil and also my hair accessories which were handmade by a local lady in Shrewsbury. Even better when I found out the veil was free and I even got a beautiful lace free garter too. These ladies couldn’t have made it a better experience for me. Thank you 😀

brillant customer service,dress shopping is the worst for a bride,so many to choose from , what helps is great customer service,i have been to a couple of shops , 1 i wont recommend, shocking is all i can say, but when i came to look at dresses today at heavenly wedding bells i felt so at ease,nothing was to much trouble, the care that was taken,im an older bride but wasnt made to feel like one,i can not fault the experience,i decided to say yes to the dress which is such a weight off my shoulders,good customer service made me want to buy a dress, its not just about buying its everything , from making the appointment to walking out of the door very happy , i would reccommend this business, debbie thank you for such a lovely easy experience xx
