I visited K.T.Bridal yesterday to look for my special dress. There was a very warm welcome (even though we were slightly late). After a little chat they sorted out a range of sale dresses that I had requested and I started trying on. At no point did I feel rushed or stressed. I was made to feel very comfortable and was advised on what dresses and styles suited my shape. I never felt pressured into purchasing. I can not fault them in any way. And yes I did say "yes to the dress" and left a very happy bride to be.

Well where do I start, this was the only bridle shop myself and maid of honour needed to go to, Sam and her mum are both amazing, I was so nervous as never do it before like most brides, but as soon as we booked our appointment we was made to feel great, then when we went to the shop our experience was fantastic! Both Sam and her mum helped with me finding what style I liked and I found my dream dress and what a dress it is I've got to say!!! I also went back with my girls for bridesmaids and flower girl dresses. Once again all my girls was made to feel so special and found the perfect dresses to go with my dress.. Sam I honestly can't thank you both enough you have been so Amazing through all these hard times and kept in contact all the way through covid putting myself at ease when I'm worrying about it all.. I will recommend these bloody wonderful ladies to any bride/ bridal party. Thank you again beautiful ladies xxxx

Words cannot describe the experience I had with these girls. Sam and her mom are both so lovely, they are extremely accomodating and they helped me feel beautiful. Throughout the whole experience leading up to my wedding, they kept me at ease, they are not just 'the girls I purchased my dress from" , they are now friends. Very easy to communicate with, very helpful, and very honest girls. Would 10000% recommend.

This place is unlike any other bridal shop I've been too. The owners make you feel so comfortable and welcoming, they give you great advice on things you're unsure about, they give you a massive variety of dresses to choose from, they understand certain insecurities you have but try to work around them to make you feel content in the dresses, they are truthful and don't just try to sell you a dress (which I personally think is needed when picking bridal dresses), overall they just make you feel happy in the dress that you pick, if you don't feel comfortable or pretty I dresses this Bridal shop will change that. 100% reccomend.

Fantastic personal service. You really feel special when you come here, especially compared to the bigger chain bridal shops. Sam and her team really know what they're doing and can suggest the perfect dress based on what you like and your body type. Absolutely gorgeous dresses. I would recommend to anyone looking for their wedding dress in the Midlands (or even further afield, trust me it's worth the drive!), particularly if you've already been elsewhere and been underwhelmed by their service and dress selections.

This is by far the best wedding shop in Shropshire! Nothing was too much trouble. So I found this boutique online, and it was the first place I'd been as I started my search for the perfect dress. I took my mom, nan and twin along with me, and we were all made to feel very welcome and comfortable! I went in with the idea of a fishtail gown, and Anona picked out many different styles of dresses for me to try on, so I could see how each one suited me! Saving the fishtail till last, and it was for sure, THE ONE! This shop was the first + last one I've walked into, and I truly can't fault the service, quality of gowns, and comfort factor! I can't wait to be hand in hand with Anona and Sam on my journey to becoming a bride and wife! :)
