Lynda was fantastic! Our wedding was on 11.06.22 at Cheswell Grange. We met with Lynda 2 weeks before the wedding and she collated all the details of our day and suppliers, who she then reached out to. Lynda also went through some finer details with us which we had not thought about for example who would be playing the music as my wife walked in (it is a DIY venue) and what order the speeches were going to be. On the day Lynda was great at letting us know where we should be and when, she completed numerous tasks that we had intended to ask others to do without us even noticing - such as moving chairs from the boathouse to the marquee (thank you by the way!). In addition, she saved my wife, her dad and the bridal party having to walk from the main house to the Boathouse in the unforecasted torrential rain, that appeared just as they were getting ready to walk down, by being on hand to offer them all a lift in her VW van - Hannah was delighted that her hair and make up was saved and that they all arrived dry, thanks to Lynda going above and beyond. She even had some spare dog treats in her car which she offered our dog between some photos. We would highly recommend Lynda to anyone looking for a wedding coordinator.

Thank you Lynda! We got married on 20/08/22 at Cheswell Grange, as it was a dry hire venue I had many queries, worries and stress at first trying to ensure everything went to plan. When meeting with Lynda she took a huge weight off our shoulders and sorted everything! Having Lynda on the day meant we were able to enjoy our special day.

Lynda was amazing, we met at a wedding fair in 2018 and had stuck with us through all of our cancellations due to covid, she sorted and liaised with all of our suppliers with change of dates and cancellations and kept in touch with us through every stage. In the weeks leading up to the wedding I had no doubt that everything was in order, we had a couple of meetings before the wedding and she did a site check on the day before and made herself a list of things so we could have peace of mind whilst we were at the church getting married. When we arrived at our venue, our faces lit up because everything was in place, everyone was enjoying themselves and looked calm and happy, all the candles and lights were on and the drinks were flowing. We also had Tim, Lynda’s husband for our bar and they stayed until the very end, they helped our caterers serve the paella and tapas to the tables and were amazing at making sure everyone was ok. Our day really wouldn’t have been what it was without her, honestly, she is worth her weight in gold and more. I have recommended her to others and will continue to do so because over the 4 years we have worked with Lynda we have also become friends.

Where do I start? This woman is truly amazing! We had no idea in regards to organising a wedding and so we both agreed on searching for a Wedding Planner to assist us. Lynda Smallman came highly recommended to us and she lived up to her reputation. She is extremely organised, calm, friendly, and most of all, very experienced. Lynda put us at ease straight away and it was lovely to have her in our home, casually chatting over a brew about our big day. She really does have a nice way with people. Lynda coordinated our wedding with great ease, she was continually full of great ideas and solutions. Thanks to Lynda our wedding flowed beautifully, she accompanied my wife on her wedding dress shopping day, she sat with us and blasted out ideas/planning/supplier searching etc, she was with us the day before our wedding and throughout the whole of big day. Lynda was more excited than us at times and she truly captured our hearts, please consider her for your wedding planning - you won't regret it! Thank you Lynda, you really did make our day so special. The best day of our lives.
