I couldn’t recommend Katy enough, she made my whole wedding experience incredible. I first visited the shop but I didn’t find what I was looking for but I returned looking for a second dress after being told my original dress couldn’t be taken in without loosing the detail of the illusion panels. I found gorgeous dress with Katy & she went above and beyond for me, not only was the buyer experience amazing, the after care was even better. Not only did she introduce me to her seamstress thanh who actually saved my first dress, she also stored both dresses and was steaming them to the last minute. Can’t thank you enough Katy

Where do I start with how amazing this place is! As a panicked bride, who has a last minute wedding to prepare I can't thank Katy enough for her patience and advice. She wasn't pushy at all with her dresses, just really helpful and genuine. You can tell she really cares about the clients who walk through her doors and it isn't about the sale for her. Absolutely outstanding service and all of her dresses are beautiful! I can not recommend enough. I bought my dress today after a second viewing and I am over the moon with it. Thank you Katy.

I took my four young children to Bisous and they were like a hurricane in the boutique and Kate did not bat an eyelid. There was nothing pushy in her approach, she just wants to help you find your perfect dress/dresses. Katy put me at ease as soon as I met her and couldn't have wished for a nicer person to help me start my hunt for my wedding dress. She was professional and genuine and her honesty help to narrow down my choices. Mum and I will certainly remember our special day at Bisous Brides.

Absolutely Amazing ........ I was so nervous when wedding dress shopping but Katy put me at ease as soon as I walked into her beautiful Boutique ( she even picked my dream dress for me) ..... wedding dress shopping can be so stressful but Katy made it an excitable experience. Where do I start? I tried on lots of dresses in different boutiques over the north west and still wasn’t successful. As soon as I walked in to Bisous I couldn’t of felt more at home. The shop is ABSOLUTLEY GORGEOUS. ❤️💗 Katy the shop owner is ABSOLUTLEY amazing, nothing is ever too much for her and she looked after me so so well.
