We got married at the Hidden Valley site in Peper Harow, we are so thrilled to have found Fiesta Fields. It's such a beautiful hidden spot, all the guests commented how unusual it was, particularly as it was so dry and hidden. Fiesta Fields was the perfect way to build our unique wedding venue 5 minutes down the road from our house. The process was super easy, Nikki was available to show us around and guide us on suppliers as much or as little as we needed. On the day was flawless and so enjoyable, we handed over our suppliers a few weeks before and I didn't have to think about a think. There were a few time adjustments that I didn't even notice and Nikki managed everyone with ease. Would highly recommend, thanks again - Teresa and Tom.

We couldn't recommend Nikki and the Fiesta Fields guys enough. Not only was the Spirit Lake site absolutely stunning, but having made an initial booking just before COVID hit, the guys were hugely patient and flexible with us as our plans changed more than a few times. We had a perfect weekend and that was in no small part thanks to Nikki, Bruce and Carol being hugely accommodating and understanding of what we wanted to achieve. Everyone had the BEST time and we can't thank them enough!

We booked Hidden Valley for our wedding reception in June and had THE most perfect day. We really appreciated Nikki's help in the lead up to the wedding day - no question was too big or too small - and she offered invaluable advice when it came to supplier recommendations. We held our Reception at Phoenice Fields, through Fiesta Fields, and had the most amazing day! Monica, from Fiesta Fields, spoke with us a few times leading up to the day and met with us the day before the wedding to run through everything and ensure we were on track with our organisation. She was so friendly and helpful throughout this process. Monica was incredibly helpful on the day too. She made sure all finishing touches of decor were completed, coordinated all of the suppliers and generally ensured that absolutely everything ran seamlessly - no job was too big for her. So many guests commented on the beautiful venue and how well the day ran - many adding that it was the best wedding they had ever been to. The recommendations from Fiesta Fields were brilliant too - our caterers being one of them (Man With A Pan). We couldn't recommend Kim, Nikki and Fiesta Fields enough for helping us create the most magical wedding day...right from the very start to looking at potential venues to picking Spirit Lake, Kim was the most helpful, professional but loveliest person to work with. No idea we had seemed to silly and Kim was able to help us to be able to make our vision come true. I would highly recommend using Fiesta Fields. Nikki was really responsive and helpful - always available for calls etc to discuss various bits and pieces. We hired Chalkfield Barn which was great - plenty of space and good facilities for group games, camping etc. I look forward to booking again with Nikki next year hopefully!

Thank you so much for everything! My dad was so worried about going to visit a field as a wedding venue, but from the moment we got there and met you, everything was just perfect. You were so helpful through all of the date change troubles, and when we weren't able to come back to England to see or choose anything in real life. We loved getting to know you at the pub when we finally made it back. And you were so great on the big set up days, and especially on the day itself. We had so many suppliers, and co-ordinations going on, which you managed to run so smoothly without anyone noticing. No one else could have nailed a DIY picnic for 120 people so well as you, when we came down and saw it all perfectly presented we were so amazed!! We really had the best day of our lives, and all of our friends and family said it was the best wedding they've ever been to, in the most beautiful place they've ever seen. It's all everyone is talking about still!! And the French side are fully converted to English countryside, English food, and English games! Nikki, Lee and their team were absolutely superb! Made the whole process so easy and smooth. Charlie and Lorry who worked the day before to get everything set up and ready were equally helpful. The Teepee was incredible, see pic! Nikki's assistance throughout our event was top shelf. She is super professional and has a great knack of understanding your vision of what you want and balancing that perfectly with her experience and ideas to give you exactly what you hope for! Would definitely recommend them, as would any of our guests!

Nikki helped me organise a mini festival party weekend for my brothers birthday last September ensuring we were following the government guidelines, the whole weekend was absolutely fantastic, we honestly couldn't of done it without her. We were married at Oxenford Farm - a beautiful venue with a rare gem of a backdrop as church ruins. A thousand thank yous to Kim for the wedding of our dreams on the 27th July 2019. As soon as we saw Phoenice Fields we knew it was the site for us, with it still being so local to our hometown. Kim was on hand for any questions we had, and our pre-wedding meeting 4 weeks before was essential for things we’d missed and helpful day planning. We’d gone for the on-day coordination package, which came with AWESOME musical toilets and a generator, so was great to have a few suppliers dealt with so I didn’t have to! Kim was great at fiddling and sorting bits on the day; we really couldn’t have done it without her. I couldn't rate Nikki and Fiesta Fields highly enough. First of all, the venue she provided us with was absolutely top notch, not just any old field, a real gem. The basic hire package which includes generator, loos, and security is great. It gives you the basics and allows you to build a unique event without having to worry about those fundamentals. Nikki was awesome throughout the whole process. We got rapid replies to emails from the day we first contacted her. She helped us put the event together in lots of ways, which was really valuable. On they day itself she was a great help. She took a lot of tasks off our plate which free'd us up to enjoy the day. I'd definitely recommend using Fiesta Fields!

Nikki got the ball rolling and then introduced me to Kim who I then worked closely with right up to the big day! She was thorough and her attention to detail was incredible! Just brilliant. Firstly, the venue, Spirit Lake, was absolutely stunning. We booked back in 2019 for a 2020 summer wedding and right from the get go knew we were in good hands. Friendly and professional, we were guided with supplier suggestions without ever being pushed to use them. Emails and contact was always responded to and questions were always answered. Fast forward to spring of 2020 where we were starting to get a little concerned that lockdown would be affecting our wedding. Nikki could not have been more helpful, understanding and accommodating. Whilst probably dealing with stress herself, she was reassuring and kind and did absolutely anything she could to allow us flexibility to move our date if we needed to and offer us alternatives. With government restrictions still in place we eventually postponed to June 2021 with no problems from Fiesta Fields whatsoever. Fast forward to earlier this year and we were back in touch with Nikki, tentatively organising and hoping restrictions were lifted. It was right down to the wire as to whether restrictions would allow us and again, we were given all of the options we needed. When it finally started looking more hopeful, Nikki was knowledgeable and so helpful, talking us through and making suggestions we hadn't even thought of considering! On the day of our wedding she worked hard in the background to ensure that our day went as smoothly as possible. We are so glad to have chosen Fiesta Fields and would not hesitate to recommend- thank you!

I had the most amazing wedding day at one of Fiesta Fields beautiful venues - Spirit Lake. As soon as we saw the venue, we knew that we had to get married there. Fiesta Fields made the whole process so easy and they were happy to show us round a few times. We had lots of ideas of what we wanted and Kim and Paula were able to make suggestions of how to make all of my ideas possible. When first looking around at venues we struggled to find anything that felt right for us and fitted our requirements logistically but when we stumbled across Fiesta Fields we knew that this was everything that we'd been looking for. We recently got married at Hidden Valley in godalming (July 2018). We were looking for a relaxed, informal and "outdoorsy" venue; luckily we came across Nikki from Fiesta Fields. We wouldn't have been able to achieve half of what Nikki had done for us, she truly made our day fantastic. We first met Nikki around a year before our wedding, when we had been desperately searching for the perfect place. Right from the off, she put us at ease with her friendly and professional approach. Nikki wasn’t phased by us wanting to pay in chunks through the year, which was very helpful for us as we had so much else to pay out for. Our venue was a beautiful location and blank canvas that we were pretty much able to make our own. The farmer who owned the land was also very accommodating and friendly, even going so far as to trim the grass in the immediate area around our teepees and let us have a pre wedding photo shoot on the grounds a couple of weeks before the wedding. The grounds themselves were approx 400 acres of fields, idyllic open spaces intertwined with a small lake, old church ruins (making for some great photos) and a couple of small woodland areas. There were also a rather cute family of Egyptian geese nesting nearby, this all added to the rustic countryside feel that we were going for. Nikki was a brilliant organiser and no matter what we threw at her, even getting pregnant and throwing our 5 week old baby boy into the mix, which was a planning nightmare, she never seemed phased. Nikki, seamlessly coordinated all our suppliers and gave us some brilliant hints and tips on everything. It was an added bonus that she’d worked with many of our suppliers before and this helped the day run smoothly. During the evening we had a problem with our evening caterers, whose equipment failed and blew our generator, just as the band were setting up. Nikki ran around to ensure this was resolved and after about 20-30 mins we had lights and music. There was also the nice touch that Nikki provided as the evening caterers went in to meltdown saying they couldn’t provide food and Nikki offered to go to local chip shops and buy 170 portions of fish and chips for our guests and we could sort the money out afterwards. Fortunately we didn’t need that as the caterers got themselves back up and running again after working out which bit of their equipment was blowing the generator but the offer from Nikki was very kind and showed her services really are willing to go the extra mile. We can’t highly praise Nikki enough and she was fantastic at what she does. There are too many little touches that she adds to put into words, but all of these little touches added up to make our day really special. We would both recommend her services highly to anyone wanting a rustic outdoor type wedding. Thanks Nikki for all your hard work and making our day extra special! We were looking for a magical, relaxed, unconventional wedding in the countryside, and the Hidden Valley didn't disappoint. It was absolutely stunning and we, and our guests, were blown away by the setting. However, what truly made our wedding day was the relentless effort and patience that Nikki put into making sure we were ready. From managing the site, suppliers, power and services beforehand, to a pre-wedding walk through and then ensuring everything ran smoothly on the day - we couldn't have done it without her. We have just returned from a fantastic hen do at a Fiesta Fields site and I can not recommend them highly enough. Nikki is so amazing to work with; professional yet everything was very personable and she helped enormously. She was able to recommend suppliers as well as sourcing new ones and ensured that everything was organised to meticulous detail. We had struggled to find somewhere that offered the flexibility to do what we wanted on the site but that also had the support we needed and it was the extra touches such as Nikki delivering breakfast to us each morning that really made a difference. The breakfast provided was all of a really high quality which was commented on by all the hens and again just added to the whole weekend. Nikki Thank you for your help with our festival wedding. Helping it all run smoothly and helping us think of things we hadn’t yet to make our big day the best it could be, especially the mini tepee pole archway which looked gorgeous for our ceremony. it was all absolutely perfect so we couldn’t thank you enough. It proved a truly magical venue, one which did more than simply playing a backdrop but also lent such charm and character to our day. With the two venues in one where we have the ceremony up on the hill looking across the whole of the surrey hills and then leading our wedding party down the hill to find the surprise of the party set up looking amazing in the hidden valley. Our guests could not stop praising its beauty and uniqueness! Those who were local were blown away to find such a hidden gem near to home. Being able to access the venue any time in the few days before the wedding made our lives so much easier and allowed us and our supplies to set up without undue pressure. The fact we could take our time setting up really made us feel we could tailor it to our needs and personalise it as we wanted. Everyone complimented us on the venue and how fantastic it was for a wedding. We would have no hesitation in recommending to anyone thinking about it. Relaxed, informal, good value and the electricity set up was faultless. We had the best day of our lives and wouldn’t change anything. We will forever have wonderful memories of our time there and for that we thank you so much!

Back in June of this year (2019) I contacted Nikki of Fiesta Fields about potential locations that we could hire for a camping stage do, something that is very hard to do and find. Nikki and Fiesta Fields were nothing but helpful and understanding about making this happen. They also helped connect us to a company that provides bell tents who turned up prior to us getting there to set them up. As well Fiesta Fields connected us with a portaloo company who again came in and set up prior to us getting there. The space is massive, the barn is amazing with two fridges, sinks, plugs, benches and hay bales. There are ad-ons such as bbqs, fire pits and more. I highlightly recommend fiesta field in terms of facilities, service and overall help. Thank you Nikki and Fiesta Fields.

Fiesta Fields arranged a field for our charity's Fun Day and were helpful and friendly from beginning to end. Staff are always easily available and happy to advise throughout the planning stages on extras (toilets, power, marquee hire etc) as well as being on site on the morning of the event to make sure everything was as expected and helping with the last-minute emergencies. I cannot recommend enough if you want your event to go smoothly.

We had originally planned to get married abroad, but after many cancellations, we realised that we would need to plan something else very quickly. Within a week of contacting Nikki, she had taken us to a few of the venues and was constantly asking all of my many questions. It was obviously meant to be, as we found a date that her tipis and the venue we loved (Hidden Valley) were free. The whole wedding was planned in just over 2 months with their help and efforts!
