Team Medic delivered medical cover for our two-day running festival. They provided the service at the event venue as well as on course for the four races ranging from one mile up to the half marathon distance. Great communication with the office at the planning stages and excellent service on the day with well-equipped and professional medics. Highly recommended! Over the two days of our MTB event the Team Medic crew were polite, professional and efficient. We didn't have much for them to do but when the need arose they were absolutely spot-on in their response. A joy to have around as people and a welcome addition to the event.

I wanted to thank Travis and Leslie for the most incredible love and compassion they showed to my dad today. He is 91 exceptionally frail and moving to a new nursing home. They treated him with respect and dignity and held our hands through some tough decisions. I cannot recommend Team Medic highly enough. Absolute professionalism and high levels of empathy when it was really needed. Their admin was also handled efficiently and Weronika was most helpful.

Fantastic service from everyone at Team Medic. Their well-equipped ambulance moved my 93 year old mother from her care-home in London, to one near Wales. The crew were so kind and helpful, and my mother enjoyed the journey. Their ambulances have windows, so she could enjoy the view. And all at a very reasonable price. Highly recommended.

I wish to express my heartfelt thanks to the amazing ambulance men who took my Dad to a residential care home in Croydon today. To say it was traumatic (because of Dad’s unwillingness to leave his home) would be an understatement, but they were both kindness and patience personified and could not have done more to achieve the goal of getting Dad there safely and successfully! My son was transported by Team Medic yesterday to his new carehome . Sophie and Jack were amazing . Very friendly and extremely patient as my sons blood sugar levels plummeted which delayed the journey by a couple of hours. They were very knowledgeable and very helpful with his diabetes and we felt very confident in their capable hands. A big thank you to you both.
