Was a lovely wedding venue - it was somewhere a little different. The castle is still in the process having work carried out but it doesn't detract from how lovely it is It holds a lot of character.

This was our wedding venue. We had the most amazing day and cannot praise this venue enough. The building itself is extraordinary and has a romantic atmosphere. The staff ensured that our every need was catered for, adaptive weather planning, disabled access, adequate toilet facilities for a large wedding party, excellent wedding food and service. The venue looks stunning in our wedding photos (we look pretty good too) and the staff were attentive in every detail which made the day so personal and care free, that we actually got to relax and enjoy the day ourselves. Perfect.

An absolutely beautiful venue that played a huge role in realising the wedding of our dreams. Whilst still some work needs to be done, for us that only added to the homely, unique and authentic atmosphere, and those breathtaking elements such as the spiral staircase, the domed ceiling in the entrance, incredible castle frontage and sweeping Beauty and the Beast staircase at the back, create the perfect backdrop to those all-important wedding photographs. I’ve just DJ’d for a wedding reception at Castle Goring. I was overwhelmed with the courtesy of the catering team here. The Castle is totally outstanding, and furnished beautifully. I would definitely recommend this venue. It was also great to have a lovely conversation with Lady C.

What a stunning venue! It's a beautiful settting and a brilliant event for a party. I was the DJ at an event here last week. The venue is set up perfectly for dancing, which made my job all the more enjoyable. It was also a pleasure to work with Dima and I was very pleased to meet Lady Colin Campbell too!

Our son and new wife had their wonderful wedding reception at Castle Goring on Saturday 20 July 2019. As the groom's parents we were very impressed with the wedding venue and felt we must share our thoughts. The whole experience of organising the wedding from the initial meeting with Lady C and her son Dima back in October to now has been superb. They were professional and accommodating to all our requests but most of all they made us feel extremely welcome to share their home on such a special occasion. We dressed the venue with many accessories and lots of greenery the day before the wedding to make it personal to us. On arrival at Castle Goring after a church service in Brighton we went upstairs to the beautiful lounge area for welcome drinks and had organised a pianist to play romantic music. As the sun was shining, some guests flowed out onto the balcony and into garden to make a wonderful atmosphere. We had about 120 guests so had opted for the marquee in the garden which was perfect. We used Super Events for the catering and their food and service was exceptional all through the event. The Bridal Suite was used during the day for the bride/bridesmaids needs. In the evening we organised a band to play in the Dance Room and another 100 or so guests turned up to celebrate with us. We had a bar in the foyer and marquee which worked well. It was great to have exclusivity of this amazing venue and we highly recommend Castle Goring to others. Thank you Lady C and Dima for letting us use your home and making our son and daughter-in-law's wedding so special and a day that we will always remember.

Can't say much about the building but met lady Colin Campbell randomly at a local pub and she was so down to earth and happy to speak with us and share a photo ! If only I'd had a pen !! She has worked so hard on this building she deserves a bit if recognition ! She is a smart down to earth clever woman who works hard for something she believes in !!!
