We originally had Neil booked for two previous wedding dates, but due to the pandemic we had to postpone our wedding. Neil was so understanding and accommodating with our date changes and moved the booking without any fuss. Neil was amazing on the day of the wedding. Neil arrived so early and spent the entire day making sure he captured every possible moment. His ideas for photo and video opportunity really put us both at ease and made us laugh. He immediately had a repour with our photographers, which made the day run so smoothly. Neil continued with his positive and enthusiastic energy late into the evening. We now have our wedding videos and we cannot stop watching them on repeat. I cannot thank Neil enough for capturing the essence and feel of our day and making it possible for us to look back on our wedding day with amazing memories.

Not only is Neil and extremely talented videographer, he was also one of the most important parts of our day (start to finish!) and one of the best decisions we made was choosing him to capture every special moment so effortlessly of our wedding. Neil managed to fit us in with just two weeks notice (for which we were so pleased) and the whole experience was made so easy. Right from our first meeting we had no doubt that Neil had our day taken care of. Neil was at the venue set up before we were, he even went and got champagne glasses for the bridal party, and went well above his role with helping me make my morning perfect. Neil captured everything, and of course there was tear watching our films back, our memories were captured so perfectly. A special thank you too for staying over your hours, making it a super long day! but getting out fireworks in. A single review could not suffice for just how amazing Neil was on our big day!

Neil is a very talented videographer who really worked with us as a couple to provide what we wanted in our wedding video. Neil was very quick to respond, and offered us a package that fit out budget and also our requirements. On our wedding day, Neil arrived promptly, and really put us at ease whilst he was filming. I didn't even notice that he was there some of the time! Neil captured the most important parts of our day, and really focused on the tiny details which I am so happy with. He got our videos back to us within the given timescales, and we are absolutely over the moon with them. The editing is just fantastic and they have brought many a tear to our eyes. Where can I even begin with Neil? If you want someone who captures your day and makes it last for a lifetime, he's your man. I don't really think this review can even do justice for how much I would recommend him. Neil first worked with me, when I asked him to record my proposal. I never imagined that he would be able to subtly catch the whole thing so perfectly. From hidden cameras, in the proposal location itself, to drone footage for the drive up, he turned the whole proposal into a movie. When we watched it back, we were filled with emotion and awe that the special moment was captured so perfectly. In fact, it was in that moment that we had no doubt that we'd use Neil for our big day! And, my word, are we glad that we did?! Neil was an absolute joy to have around on the wedding day. Almost like a ghost with his subtlety, yet a pillar of support and reassurance for both my wife and I. Neil's experience meant he knew how to get the most natural shots, which really told a story. Nothing was staged. It was all entirely natural. I think that, in part, that's due to Neil's ability to blend in with whatever is going on - so you don't actually notice the camera! No task was too much for Neil and from the planning at the beginning to the day itself, Neil would do whatever it took to make our vision come to life. I have no doubt at all that he'll do the same for you, too. When the videos are finished, Neil puts them on an easy to access website, and we were greeted with a 'trailer' (which puts Hollywood movies to shame!!), a feature film of the whole day, along with a break down of the full ceremony and speeches. The biggest day of your life is something you want to capture forever. Photos are great, but videos keep your loved ones and memories alive forever. Neil makes that possible in a way that I've never seen replicated before. We can now watch the happiest day of our lives over and over again, and that is all thanks to Neil Collins.

When we started planning our wedding we heard several times from our married friends that their biggest regret was not having videography. Listening to this advice and choosing Neil was one of the best decisions we made. We were lucky enough to have Neil film both our mini lockdown wedding in 2021 & The Big One in 2022 and he captured both, very different, days beautifully, creating films we will treasure forever. Neil captured every look, line in a speech and little moment that made our wedding “ours”. Watching them back is truly like reliving the day as a movie, and it brings back all the emotions. Neil is obviously extremely talented but he also goes above and beyond in his work - from finding a way to near-enough livestream our first ceremony to our family in the US during covid restrictions, to surprising us with the trailer the very next day, to finally trekking outside of our venue’s boundaries to take drone shots when they were being difficult. It’s this commitment and attention to detail that makes for such stunning and unique films. Thank you so much Neil.

Where do I begin… After scrolling through the internet for weeks to find a decent videographer that wasn’t breaking the bank, I finally discovered Neil’s website. We booked Neil immediately for our original wedding date in 2020. Our wedding was postponed 4 times due to covid and we were so fortunate that Neil was available for every new date (I truly believe this was down to fate as he’s always at a wedding so we got lucky) Neil was super understanding and just went with our flow. We didn’t meet him until our wedding day in May 2022 but having spoke with him for three years we were able to build some what of a bond. Neil made me feel at ease from the moment i met him and he felt like a friend rather than a professional. Throughout our whole day he made us feel comfortable and we could have a laugh with him. After our wedding day we were so excited to get our films back to relive the big day. We were sent a trailer a short while after which would have been more than enough, as the trailer alone was amazing and everyone commented how it was the best they had seen. That was the trailer let alone the feature film! The feature film captured every significant part of our day and more. There were moments I didn’t even realise were being recorded. We cried, we laughed and cried some more whilst watching, it was so beautifully done. The ceremony and speeches came in separate films (although parts are included in the feature film) and it was so special to sit and relive those special moments. Neil is truly amazing at what he does and has a natural talent. We can’t recommend him enough. We will forever be grateful that we have our amazing films to watch for the rest of our lives. The amount of care and passion that's gone into delivering such high quality, beautiful memories to last a lifetime is evident even from the first frame. It was a pleasure having Neil with us on our wedding day! THE BEST CHOICE WE MADE! As our wedding was postponed by a year due to covid we decided to then make the addition of a videographer which I was initially against having! But after seeing one of Neil’s videos (a friends wedding) I realised he captured special moments that you’d have never seen or a picture could never tell. After booking Neil the wedding got further postponed and he could not have been nicer about it- we asked if we were able to move our package to the new date (2years from original) which he did no problems but we also asked if it would be possible to have a customised much smaller package for the day we had booked him for as we were still going ahead with a small ceremony which again he was more than happy to do for us. He was so nice and has been so patient about it all especially as it was quite a stressful and upsetting time. On the day Neil was one of the first there checking out the venue and chatting with us - felt like we’d known him forever which was fab as I hate being on camera (why I didn’t want a videographer in the first place) And to be honest in the nicest of ways a lot of the time you didn’t realise Neil was there he was just set up and doing his thing! We got a sneak peak just a few days after the wedding and it was Stunning! I couldn’t wait for the full version which when it came by far exceeded what I thought we could achieve from a small ceremony and just a few hours. I cannot imagine how special our next one will be with all of our family and friends. Sorry for the essay! But if you haven’t already BOOK NEIL ! :)

Neil Collins - one of the best decisions you will make when planning your wedding! We weren’t going to hire a videographer initially. It seemed to be a luxury when budgeting, yet we realised that we needed to record the moment in more than just photographs. My wife did her research and found Neil, and his style immediately struck us. It wasn’t just a video of a wedding, he captured moments and emotions. And that is exactly what Neil did for us on the day, from recording us reading our cards to each other, to capturing those intimate moments throughout the day. Neil worked throughout the day and developed a great rapport with our photographer. Between them they made us laugh and put us at ease, meaning that they managed to capture some wonderful and natural footage and photos. The final product was nothing short of awesome. Produced artistically and against some lovely music choices, Neil made our video a joy to watch and reminisce on such a lovely day!! We would highly recommend Neil and were extremely pleased with him from start to finish!
