My shop was reopening on Easter Saturday and I'd left it quite late to organise professional decorations for the front - I went in to the Party Shop the Monday before and saw a very friendly and helpful lady who said there was absolutely no problem at, they could definitely help. I'd been turned down by a couple of other companies as Easter Saturday was fully booked, so I was delighted with their 'can do' approach. They helped me select the right balloon decorations, which were the perfect finishing touch for our 'Grand Reopening', and delivered them exactly on time on opening day. Thank you so much! I would definitely recommend and use them again.

These guys recently decorated my wedding reception. In the first instance, booking and organising was a breeze, not only did they cater to our needs with ease, they advised what worked best for our venue and actually saved us money!! Then smashed it out of the park by creating an even better display than we had in visioned in what space they had.... We had so many compliments on how well the area was decorated! So impressed. Can't say enough good things about Sussex Party Shop! I am from the US, and one my clients needed to have birthday balloons delivered to a friend in the UK, and I only had been given a 2-day notice to accomplish this task! I reached out to them on Facebook, and they were VERY quick to respond - despite the time difference - and immediately agreed to help get balloons DELIVERED. Delivered during a worldwide pandemic, nonetheless - we are truly grateful for them even more! We gave them a general idea and they created a bouquet of balloons for under 40 pounds (including delivery!) that perfectly fit what we were looking for. Thank you! Also very pleasant and friendly on the telephone!

Can't thank Sussex party shop enough. I needed to get a helium balloon for my 7-year old daughter's birthday. By the time I finish work and got to the shop they just finished for the day but the lady was very accommodating and saved the day. Excellent customer thank so much🎈

Sussex party shop couldn’t recommend more came in to make an order they done exactly what I wanted and more, the balloons lasted for ages! Their delivery service is fantastic very friendly couldn’t thank the staff for a fantastic job and amazing balloons. The staff were very polite all smiles and very welcoming they showed me designs they could do with the balloons I was amazed by their work and how chatty they were amazing prices for what you get I highly recommend best party shop around for all your balloon needs! What a brilliant shop! We ordered the balloons for my husband's party here. The staff were so helpful, the delivery arrived exactly on time and the balloons themselves were lovely. I can recommend the "air walkers" for children's parties or for grown up parties where you want to entertain some children. Our grandchildren just loved the dinosaur, lion, panda and horse balloons. They kept them happy for hours.
