We were greeted by the owner/manager who was so lovely and welcoming. I was then looked after by Faith for the day and we hit it off instantly. The level of service was 5*! I couldn't fault it! She was so helpful, attentive and really listened to my likes and dislikes etc and took on board what I wanted but she also pushed me out of my comfort zone to try styles I never thought I would like but ended up loving and purchasing my dress there and then! Overall the entire experience was incredible, the store was beautiful with plenty of room and the service was perfection. I cannot recommend this place and Faith more! <3 Thanks for helping me find my perfect dress <3

On 20/08/22 myself and 5 others attended the Wrexham branch of Wed2B. My best friend is getting married next year and this was our first experience shopping for her wedding dress. We were greeted by Kelly who was the brides dresser and bridal consultant for the morning. She explained the process wonderfully and reassured The bride and maintained a positive and exciting energy through the morning. In total the bride tried on 4 dresses. By dress 2 we were all in love with it. It was her dream dress. It had taken Kelly two dresses to get it spot on with everything the bride wanted. Kelly took into consideration EVERYTHING the bride spoke about, what she was looking for and the overall vibe of the day and the couple. Kelly was kind and patient with all the sobbing bridal party and had nothing but genuine warmth and joy. You can see clearly that not only does she love her job, she is extremely wonderful at it. She was a huge part of what made that day very special and exciting. We are all so grateful to Wed2Be and Kelly for all their help in my best friend being able to buy the dress of her dreams. We can't thank you enough!

Wed2B Wrexham was my first dress trying on experience. Faith was very patient given I didn’t really have any suggestions/ideas at this point but she listened to the feedback for each dress and was able to advise on what to try next. Beautifully decorated throughout, lovely staff who make you feel relaxed and happy. They are incredibly helpful and sekect dresses for you, based on what you explain you want. They are patient and are very welcoming ti guests you bring with you. You are able to look at other dressed and they are very understanding if you don't like the dress they bring you. They DO NOT have many dresses in a 16-18 which is classed as a plus size bride.. my sister visited tontry on dresses and I went with her, my sister was incredibly disappointed that they had one dress that she felt she tried on and liked and the choices were incredibly limited in her size.

I visited the store today. I was only there to get the feel of material and have try on of some dresses. When it come to trying them on. We found that they didn't have the right sizes. Faith was very welcoming and helpfull. She tried her best to make what i did try on look as good as she could from the front. So my mum and friend could pass there opinions. I found THE dress in the Liverpool store but, unfortunately they didn't have my size. Off to Manchester we went where it was in stock. When we were shown the dress (I couldn't try it on as they were too busy) we noticed there was a pull right at the front. I was devastated. We asked if they would phone through to Wrexham to see if they still had it (we'd been given a printout in Liverpool of the stores that had my size). They did and the lovely Kerry checked it over and confirmed it was perfect! Fast forward to Wrexham where the service we were given was second to none. Faith, my dresser, was amazing! Nothing was too much trouble, she was the best. Thank you Kerry and Faith for giving me the best experience, I can't wait to wear my dress.

Fantastic experience last week at Wed2b Wrexham thanks to Kerry! I went in with the lowest expectations and ended up leaving with an incredible dress! Being both plus size and on a budget, I found that most boutiques didn't cater to me, and dresses I could find in larger sizes were often frumpy, old fashioned and/or expensive. I told Kerry my issues as well as explaining that I wasn't a fan of a traditional wedding dresses and she got straight to work finding me a selection to try on. All the dresses she showed me were beautiful but one actually brought tears to my eyes which was an experience I never thought I'd have. Some reviews mention misselling or pushy service but I didn't experience any of this. I would recommend you take your own dress bag (a few quid off amazon) as anything except the dress is extra cost, however there's a price tag on every dress so you can't be misled if you pay attention! A big thank you to Kerry- I now can't wait for my big day!

I had a fantastic experience looking for a dress with help from the women of Wrexham WED2B. I was helped mainly by Coral who talked me through so many of the shapes and styles without feeling any pressure at all to purchase. It was such an enjoyable day despite the Covid restrictions and thanks to her I was able to find my dream dress. I collected my dress a week later and was assisted by Kelly and Sharon. Sharon helped me find a lovely belt that complimented my dress and talked me through how to store my dress. I cannot recommend the store enough. Thank you ladies x

What an amazing experience I had at Wed2B, wowed with the interior and set up from the moment we walked in. Visited the shop yesterday & the lady who attended to us - Lauren O - was wonderful. My bridesmaids are a variety of sizes (between 10-22) and so I knew finding a dress that suits everyone was going to be difficult, but I can honestly say nothing was to much trouble for Lauren. The other staff was very friendly & pleasant too. I would highly recommend this shop on the quality & prices of the dresses (best I’ve found) along with the staff.

Truly exceptional service. I would recommend this shop to anyone looking for a wedding dress and/or bridesmaids' dresses. For a start, the dresses are beautiful and reasonable in price. There are so many different cuts and styles - truly something for everyone. I visited on two occasions and both times I was assisted by Melissa. She was friendly, knowledgeable and very patient with me whilst I tried on several dresses each time and ummed and ahhhed! Unlike many places there was no "pressure" at all to buy anything and there was no pushy up-selling for veils or accessories etc. She helped me feel calm, relaxed and confident. Went into the Wrexham store today and had a fab experience. The lady who assisted me (sorry can't remember her name.) Was amazing made me feel so relaxed. She knew I had another dress already at home which I am having second thoughts about. We tried a few dresses all in different styles. And I have narrowed my choices now down to a couple. I'd like to say I'm a very calm and chilled bride but wedding dress shopping turned me into somewhat of a groomzilla, I had no idea what I was looking for or where to start which sent me I not a frienzy of Pinterest and Google searches. When I got to Wrexham the ladies were so lovely, they helped me find and try on 10+ dresses, all of which were beautiful and brilliant quality, I finally found my perfect dress, with a belt and tiara to match and couldn't be happier. Anyway I told her what I thought I wanted, which was similar to my previous dress, she listened and got me something similar but we weren't keen on it, she brought out another dress but I was concerned because of my faulty areas but we loved it.
