Can't recommend Medical and General Financial Solutions highly enough. Paddy, Jennifer and Jenna are a very friendly and highly knowledgable team who navigated some tricky obstacles that we faced as first time buyers with less than ideal credit histories. Ultimately, they secured us a great mortgage deal, insurance, and I don't think we'd have been approved without them! They worked very hard with a great attention to detail to get us over the line. I can't commend the team enough on the high level of service provided by Paddy and Jenna at Medical and General. They tackled issues we faced with cross border lenders, and gave us the best solutions possible, throughout a tricky and long purchase process, they provided great support- even 10 months after originally speaking with them. They got us over the line for the best value with the best lender, and we are now happy home owners and would recommend to family and friends without a doubt! If you need a helping in the financial world, Paddy and his team should be your first point of call. Back in the day I used to think having a financial advisor was having a man in a suit sitting behind a desk tell you that you shouldn't fritter away your money. Paddy and his team don't work like that. They have a much more personable approach and one that is focused on helping you understand what to get what you want. That could be putting your mind at ease if you are saving for a deposit a house for the first time and worried about getting approved, techniques for negotiating with a seller or estate agent or bidding on a house, recommending areas to buy or let out a house or just if you need a general chinwag to ring up and ask for advice about something you are not sure about. There are genuinely no stupid questions. Part of the benefit of having Paddy and his team on your side is that they are a small close knit team who a lot of people already know. Northern Ireland is a small place and having a good name is important. I've lost count of the amount of times when I have spoken to other people who knew I was in good hands because they were acting on my behalf. So whether you're looking for some life insurance, mortgage help, investment advice or are not sure who is going to win the premiership this year - give them a call, I can't recommend them enough.

I would highly recommend Medical and General to anybody who is buying a house or working out what they can afford to buy.
