I absolutely love this service which I have been using for nearly
9 years. Mazuma Accountancy have made the whole process so easy for me since I became self-employed as a Sole Trader.They have taken away all the stress associated (at least for me!) with doing all my accounts and tax returns. They also did the Management Accounts for a property I used to own which eased the whole process.
I have always found the staff to be super helpful, especially Hayley, and very efficient. Queries are always answered very promptly.
I highly recommend Mazuma for your accounting needs. If I could give them more than 5 stars, I would!!
p.We have always found Mazuma to be professional and friendly, with work completed to a high standard. They have saved us lots of time with VAT and payroll over the years, and always go the extra mile when we've needed more support. A brilliant service.

The subscription model is great, for a monthly fee you get an army of high quality professionals who are on hand to help whenever you need it. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because I wish Mazuma would be more forthcoming in telling me what I'm entitled to claim as a business. It would be great if they actively educated you on things like trivial benefits and company annual events etc if you aren't claiming them.

D. M.I’ve been using Mazuma as my accountants for my photography business for 18 months now, and I’ve found them a huge asset. I know most of the basics, but any more complicated issues they are just at the end of the phone line or email (and usually respond within a couple of hours).
During COVID-19, I had to furlough myself, and they have really helped me through the process, applied for the grant on my behalf and answered any questions I had.
They feel like a partner, not just a supplier :) would highly recommend!
