I’ve been using Mazuma as my accountants for my photography business for 18 months now, and I’ve found them a huge asset. I know most of the basics, but any more complicated issues they are just at the end of the phone line or email (and usually respond within a couple of hours). During COVID-19, I had to furlough myself, and they have really helped me through the process, applied for the grant on my behalf and answered any questions I had. They feel like a partner, not just a supplier :) would highly recommend!

Since joining Mazuma I've had so much more time to actually focus on running my business. I'm in the fitness industry and with the uncertainty of the current climate I really need to be able to count on someone to advise me in the best possible way. My accountant is always on hand to help and the app is so easy to use, which takes one more stress away from me. Having ADHD, my organisation can sometimes fall behind, but Mazuma are there to pick me up and remind me when something needs doing!

Fantastic service!! I absolutely love this service which I have been using for nearly 9 years. Mazuma Accountancy have made the whole process so easy for me since I became self-employed as a Sole Trader.They have taken away all the stress associated (at least for me!) with doing all my accounts and tax returns. They also did the Management Accounts for a property I used to own which eased the whole process. I have always found the staff to be super helpful, especially Hayley, and very efficient. Queries are always answered very promptly. I highly recommend Mazuma for your accounting needs. If I could give them more than 5 stars, I would!!

The subscription model is great, for a monthly fee you get an army of high quality professionals who are on hand to help whenever you need it. I have used Mazuma for almost 3 years now and they have been great. Cerys in particularly has been a massive help to me. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because I wish Mazuma would be more forthcoming in telling me what I'm entitled to claim as a business. It would be great if they actively educated you on things like trivial benefits and company annual events etc if you aren't claiming them.
