I have used Premier Financial Solutions from the moment I bought my house. Being new to all this, and even more, being English my second language and not being familiar with British requirements, Andy and his team helped me with every aspect providing guidance, making sure I got the best mortgage possible, advising on everything I needed. After that, Andy and his team have kept supporting me when I needed to do the remortgage, as well as providing any financial guidance to make the most of our money. I work as a freelance software development contractor... through a recruitment agency... for limited companies... via an umbrella company... inside IR35 tax regulations. On top of that — at the time of applying for a mortgage — I knew I would soon be moving to contracts outside IR35, through my own limited company. So, whilst my credit score and finances were healthy - my working setup is far from the conventional PAYE deal! That's why I knew I'd need help, applying for a mortgage. For that, Andy was absolutely fantastic. Andy understood my situation and was familiar with all the intricacies and caveats around each part of my income setup. Over the next few weeks, Andy set about unpicking and decoding all the different Ts&Cs from loads of different mortgage providers, looking to find the best deal for me, given my circumstances.
