I decided to take out income protection to cushion some of the blow financially if anything similar happened again. To say I'm lethargic in terms of getting things like this done is an understatement but this man went above and beyond in terms of organising me and my policy and getting things where they needed to be. I honestly can't see how the time he put in to me and my situation was worth the financial benefit to himself so although the term "professional" is coined alot in terms of reviews that have been requested, it perfectly describes him and his business and this review wasn't requested at all.
