Over the past year the service has greatly improved. There were some communication issues at the start, with responses being slow but that seems to be fixed. The person who I have been assigned (Kirit) responds quickly, fully and patiently. I rate him very highly.

Brendan was very friendly and knowledgeable and I felt confident that he would be able to answer all my questions. I got myself into a bit of bother with the Taxman after receiving some incorrect advice. Reached out to Callan and was lucky enough to be introduced to Brendan, from the start he made me feel at ease and took control of what was a disastrous situation. remand got me the best possible outcome which was particularly pleasing seeing as colleagues with the same tax issues and different accountants never had such successful results.
