So far so good… everything is setup and in place. 75% of creditors agreed to my IVA. With this cost of living getting well out of hand. I thought it that getting my unsecured debts in one low payment is going to enable us to live through this crisis… and on paper it will definitely be beneficial for me and the family. I’m now up to the point where I spoke to a case specialist and was very happy with everything so far this was a normal procedure courtesy call with Erin-Leigh who wish was very professional and answered all my questions I had on the negative reviews and the positive ones. For this reason for speed, contact, efficiency 5 stars. I will review fully once things are half way through 2.5 years and hopefully I can give another 5 stars.

I’ve been dealing with creditfix for a short period of time now but they have been nothing but amazing! Some of the staff members I’ve spoke with like Paul and Zoe have been so helpful and understanding of my situation. Even if your a few hours late with your payment, Creditfix will bombard you with emails, texts, and phone calls. There is zero tolerance for a grace period, even if your a long term customer who has never missed a payment, albeit a few days late. Other than that they are ok.

You can call stepchange a charity a do a debt relief order or a IVA free of any charges or payments to the managing team. Not in debt personally but you can get same help from a charity set up for those in debt. Good luck

Contacting credit fix was the best call that I had made in my situation of debt before not knowing where to turn to my bank not helping me as much as they could have done I was certainly getting more worried thinking I’m not getting the help I need. I am over half way through my IVA with Credit Fix. The last review came when I did extra hours during Covid which inflated my income and therefore my estimated repayment. After contacting you, it was reviewed again and the payment was reduced to an amount I can afford as my hours/pay fluctuates from pay period to pay period. They were great at first and said they could right off up to 80% of my debt, it was actually 40%.......then they increased my payments so this was reduced to 23%. I had previously arranged a 25% reduction with my creditors without an IVA.......!!!

When I was contacted by Creditfix I found the staff very helpful, very pleasant and very friendly. I spoke with Robert Mcdonald and he went through all my options before I agreed on an IVA. He read out everything that was listed on my credit report together with the name of the people I had debts with and told me the amount I owed each one. He informed me as to when the meeting was to take place with all my debtors and he also worked out the amount I have spare every month as to the amount I could easily afford to pay to Creditfix every month to enable them to share out amongst all the creditors. Overall I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs help with their debts and I owe my experience and the outcome of paying back my debts to Robert Mcdonald for all his help from the beginning to the end of everything with the meeting with all of the companies I owed money to, he really put me at ease from start to finish.

So far so good, I am a few months past my 2nd year review and had no issues as others have stated, no increased payments (although my wages haven't changed), I don't get contacted by my creditors other than a yearly statement. I unfortunately got myself in an amazing amount of debt considering it was for nothing (no car, house, holidays or expensive clothes) I believe I owed about £31K including all interest which included credits cards and nearly £7k in pay day loans in the last 6 months which was what broke me, I now pay £115 a month for 6 years for a total £8280 so if no issues I will have £23 k written off. I have more of issue with my lenders they are supposed to be RESPONSIBLE the amount that I owed that last year I could never have paid yet I was allowed to double my debt in a year on CC increases and pay day loans. I am still stressed but not as much I am finally planning on admitting that I got myself into this to my family and see if they may be able to settle the IVA early.

I started my IVA back in 2015, went very smoothly with affordable monthly repayments. After 3 years of the 5 year agreement, I emailed them asking if I could just pay the final balance off so I can get this behind me and start building my credit back up. The meeting with the creditors did take 4 months however, I finally got accepted to pay my final balance off which I did. and within 2 weeks received my final report and completion certificate. I was in debt 5 years ago, but i saw on news about creditfix helping people to clear their debt, i contact them and they checked how much debt i got, my all debt was £13000 with 2 creditors. They worked it out and we made an arrangement to pay 20 percent of my debt and they clear the 80 percent, and the 20 percent will be five years payment, then i started paying until I finished end of last year i don't miss no payment, now am free with debt. Whe i pay my last payment they send me a letter that am free from debt. Now i don't have no debt thanks to creditfix. Before I start getting help from creditfix, i got letter every week from my creditors to pay their money or they will take me to court, i stress all the time, but when i got help from creditfix they stopped writing letters to me and now am free from debt. I haven't had much contact with Creditfix. I have had to phone recently, once I had to wait for over 20 minutes and finally gave up. My next call was answered within five minutes. My questions were answered efficiently and things were sorted. In the very beginning when they took over my financial issues I was able to speak to a particular individual, now you talk to whoever answers the phone there is no personal contact. They don't appear to be interested once they have you on their books.

i am very pleased with the way creditfix has taken control of my debts. and took the worry off me about paying my creditors which i could no longer afford. they take £80 mth from me which is shared amongst paying off my debts. a lot less than the amount i was having to find myself i feel i can now relax a bit more knowing my worries of finding large sums of money each mth is no longer a worry for me when i recieved the call of creditfix i was relieved to know that my problems would be shortened a lot taken into account my earnings and what i could afford to pay each month as this is a 5 yr agreement and i am now no longer able to use my cards and is a relief to me as it is so easy to get into debt but even harder to get out of it as you can always spend more than you have but never able to pay it back i can no longer have credit for at least 5-6 yrs. but it's a small price to pay to keep me on the straight and narrow and only spend what i have if anything thx to the staff at creditfix for basically saving me from deeper debt. if you have problems give them a call don't worry over it like i was and stressed out.
