I cannot recommend Henderson Stone enough. They are a most efficient company. John Collins our Financial Advisor was very reassuring and helpful and we could not have gone through it all without his guiding hand and calm friendly manner. I cannot thank him enough.

Five star service from all at Henderson Stone! After my initial call to Sam Henderson regarding Equity release he introduced me to his colleague John Collins, who very promptly arranged a meeting with me. The equity release process was explained to me in detail, and the conversation made available to me in hard copy. After a few more meetings the initial process was complete. I then met with a very nice lady solicitor (recommended by John Collins) who took me through the final legal documents to be signed ... and that was it! In no time at all the funds were in my account, and with my stress levels dropping significantly, I now look forward much more positively to a comfortable retirement in these difficult financial times.

John was very attentive to help me find a mortgage for my first home. Constantly in contact throughout the process explaining the finer details, pros and cons of each mortgage that I would have no clue about otherwise. Who was also very helpful advising me on life insurance/critical illness cover and pension plan that are best suited for my situation.
