Yvonne has been great with me over the last year, she's made a massive difference to the way I work. She is friendly but also is great at cutting straight to the point and has some good ideas along the way too. Sometimes when you run a business it's easy to get bogged down in stuff but Yvonne is great at getting you to look at the bigger picture. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking to get a better understanding of how their business is running and get a plan in place for the future.

Yvonne supported us at Inspiring Scotland with a leadership development session for a group of our partner charity leaders. It was a morning session and at the start, delegates told us how they had been close to cancelling, due to being stretched so thinly with competing demands. By the end of the session, they told us they had wished it was a full day and were enquiring about 1-to-1 follow-ups. As a coordinator of the session, I wasn't left out and took an enormous amount of learning from the session.
