Yvonne has been great with me over the last year, she's made a massive difference to the way I work. She is friendly but also is great at cutting straight to the point and has some good ideas along the way too. Sometimes when you run a business it's easy to get bogged down in stuff but Yvonne is great at getting you to look at the bigger picture. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking to get a better understanding of how their business is running and get a plan in place for the future.

It was a morning session and at the start, delegates told us how they had been close to cancelling, due to being stretched so thinly with competing demands.
