D.We were really nervous first time buyers and was worried if we would be accepted for a mortgage due to some poor past credit history on both sides - I popped a post up on a local community page asking for recommendations for a mortgage broker and Patrick Ambrose’s name couldn’t have been mentioned enough ! We got in contact with Patrick and from the moment he answered the phone we knew we would be in safe hands , he is honestly the most genuine , down to earth guy and knows his stuff! We arranged for him to come to ours for a meeting a couple of days later to go over the initial process , all casual with a cuppa and before we knew it he had found us a mortgage ! We were so pleased !! We are now in the final stages of our first home completing and throughout this process Patrick has been outstanding , we have had regular contact with him throughout and really cannot thank him enough for all of his help! He really is such a nice , helpful guy and nothing is ever too much , He even brought us round some moving boxes on our most recent meeting with him :) !If you are looking for a mortgage please do get in contact with him!
