I have used Brooke Financial for several years, they helped me to re-mortgage, manage pensions and more recently assist with wills and even taking out lasting Power of Attorney, quite a broad spectrum when you think about it. My family have also used their services, hence recommending anyone to seek advice is an easy task from my prospective. Talking to Janice and Deborah plus the rest of the team is in my opinion a safe and sensible option. You get clear and concise information, and when you actually get peace of mind (like what I have got) it is worth a great deal.

Highly recommend Brooke Financial! These guys can make anything happen. They took on my very complicated request, found me a lender and then guided me though each step with so much care and compassion. When it seemed that all hope was lost and I couldn’t get a mortgage, James was determined to make it happen and spent so much time going back and forth with the lender to make sure figures added up and finally after 6 months he still hadn’t given up and got me a mortgage. Janice and Deborah were absolutely fantastic with helping us not only get our remortgage but also our mortgage at the same time. Our case was complicated and lengthy but made so much easier by Brooke Financial, who helped with securing us great mortgages on both ends despite the complications and the fact my partner is self-employed and I had recently moved jobs after a period of furlough. Janice and the entire team at Brooke Financial were an absolute dream to work with. We hired them from when we started looking for our first property. Despite the remarkably quick turn around (we had an offer accepted within a week!) they gave us excellent advice on mortgages, the process around buying the property and everything else we had questions on. (We were a bit clueless) Through every part of the process Janice or her team were always available, responding to emails within several hours and often within minutes. A stark contrast to our solicitor who just didn’t respond. Luckily Janice was able to contact them and get them to respond. An absolute hero. Janice and her team (though we mainly dealt with Janice) are professional, no-nonsense, patient, friendly and we couldn’t recommend them enough.
