K. K.I have spoken with several mortgage advisors/brokers within the past year, and the guidance which was provided by Kris and Kaushik was exceptional. As a first time buyer, I was completely new to the property market and I was unsure on the whole process. I first had an initial meeting at the office which was very informative. The meeting gave me a clearer idea of the process to apply for a mortgage. This meeting took place very early on, however Kris or Kaushik did not pressure me during this meeting nor chase me with any sales tactics after the meeting.
When I was ready, I contacted Kris again for further advice and to start the application process. Kris had excellent communication with me via email as well as telephone throughout this process. Also I found Kris very responsive within a very good time frame (I did not feel at any point it was difficult to get hold of Kris) which is a key when searching for a house/buying a house.
Also, Kris provided extra guidance and support to both my partner and I which was not always relevant to the mortgage application. Guidance and support included; how to improve credit, which documentation is required, and help to manage own business accounts etc. Kris will provide contact details of other professionals to support with other situations I was facing.
Another key thing is Kris will be honest when he is unsure on an answer to a question I may have asked. However, the question will never be unanswered as he will go away, do some research by talking with other professionals and be certain he is providing me with the correct information, advice and support.
Other than the great service received, I wanted to also mention Kris's exceptional work resulted in me lending much more than other mortgage brokers could offer.
I would highly recommend the Designer Wealth Management company as the service is great! I am so happy I used this company to help me gain a mortgage in principle. I sure know this is not the last time I seek assistance from this company, and know I will be returning in the future for the other services both Kris and Kaushik offer such as; investments, pensions and protection!
