Andrew is very passionate about start-ups and innovation and it comes across very clearly in terms of the work he is doing for his clients. He is always a step ahead and ensures that he brings the best thinking and approach to market both in terms of challenging his own business, but also for start-up businesses he is coaching. Part of what I loved was his clear, actionable advice -- he doesn't beat around the bush like some coaches I've worked with. One of the things I wanted in a coach is someone who has real-world experience and has learned from some of the inevitable "lumps" that come with the territory.
