s. l.Brilliant Company. Sept 2021 lost a holiday due to The Travel Visa Company gave us the wrong advice re Covid requirements. Took them to court and won. They then refused to pay despite their CCJ. After spending 6 frustrating months going through the legal process of collecting a very large debt, I finally got impatient with the slow pace and lack of any results. In fact, the only thing happening during that time was me paying out more money to lawyers. My lawyer told me there was “no choice” I had to go down the route they had started. They were wrong. Upon accepting my case Steve and the team at Cobra got to work immediately. The shock of dealing with face to face rather than email to email was exactly what the debtor needed to start taking things seriously. As a company who owed many people money it was a huge challenge for Cobra to get to the top of their priority list and to stay there.
