Wasn’t really expecting much - my loan was with an online bank that went bust/sold up and moved on. They got me £11k back and it took a couple of months - all I had to do was fill in a form. They kept me updated at every step and made the whole process completely painless - sure it cost me to use them, but I felt if I was doing it myself the bank would have just fobbed me off till I got fed up and gave up.
