I gained plenty of practical knowledge and experience from the generous staff instructing us in our duties. They were attentive and knowledgeable but also eager to have us strike out on our own and experiment without fear of failure. S. R.I enjoyed doing my work experience at this work building for two weeks. I and my other team mates did different activities e.g. writing reports, talked about ideas to improve the websites of Hawkish's clients etc. that were both engaging and professional. Most of the work was theory but we did practical work e.g. creating Social Media posts for Hawkish's clients sometimes. The staff e.g. Manager is a knowledgeable and professional person to work with. However, I would have liked to do more practical Admin activities e.g. booking appointments for customers and recording customer information for Hawkish on a work computer. Overall, it was a positive experience that developed me as an Admin worker to work both independently and as a team.
