I've been investing for 5 years and have good returns. I'm investing longterm another 10 years. So far so good not excellent but good and easy to navigate the app. I'm happy. I have other investments too. Don't put all your eggs in one basket. Invest longterm

From the moment I started investing with Moneyfarm, I have had a fantastic experience. Their customer service is very professional but also human. They have always treated me kindly, every staff member I have ever spoken to have been informative and sweet. They check in every now and again but don't pester and everything they've done makes me feel secure in my investment. Great 1 on 1, good investment and great user friendly websites and apps.

Very helpful staff and investing in the first place was easy however, the IOS app is rubbish. Its more complicated than it needs to be for disinvesting and withdrawing money than it needs to be. I'm sure the person who developed it understands it fully and is proud of it and on paper sounded like a good idea but the average user experience could be better.

Not sure why there are so many negative reviews. It's super simple, you just add money and wait. Sometimes you're down, sometimes you're up plenty, but if you hold out the gains are steady. If you're impatient than it's not for you, nor is investing in general. Can't fault the app on Android.
