Thank you very much for your service and excellent help with application procedure! It was genuinely a very pleasant experience as all the steps were explained and giving my unfamiliarity with the process, this helped so much! I really enjoyed the system for document upload as everything there is super intuitive. TB accounting helped my company receive over $13k in reimbursements from HMRC. The process was not easy since previous accounting did a lot of mistakes on our account but we are okay at this moment. TB accounting is a great and (5) start team. It's not a cheap service but worth and soon I'll be paying some $3k a year but I know the quality services from Alfredo, Tanya, Zoe, Ray, and Lian are worth it 110% The best advice to other sellers is to enroll in the TB accounting program.

As an Amazon seller for many years and two+ years selling on Amazon EU and UK markets, I have to give my highest rating for these accounting professionals at TB Accountants. Our company used to have two different accounting firms to file VAT in UK and DE. We had a couple of dedicated book keepers to work with these two firms every month. The VAT filings were just a nightmare to us. It’s not only time-consuming, but the costs were also too high. At one point of time, we were thinking to give up selling. Luckily enough, TB Accountants came to rescue us when we were about to quit. TB Accountants was introduced by Amazon’s sales rep more than one year and a half ago as a promotional offered to get us another 5 VAT regions registered and filing. To our surprise, we were able to get our VAT registered less than a couple of months. After a couple of months VAT filing, we realized that we do not need to keep our two in-house bookkeepers anymore as TB Accountants simply looks after all of our VAT filing and tax issues. Our only duty is to pay VAT and focus on selling. As a result, we had huge sales increase in the following months. These guys are really professional and easy to communicate. Most important of all is their service fee is more than reasonable. We used to pay 10 times more to the previous two firms just barely to achieve the same tasks TBA has done for us. We can’t imagine what the cost would be if TB Accountants didn’t come to help us. Yet, there is also complaint. Why does TBA offer service outside EU and UK? By the way, we had just received Austria VAT certificate. Great job done again by TB Accountants. Thank you very much. You guys are the best.

UPDATED REVIEW: When I was first referred to TB Accountants through Amazon services the account representative I was assigned left the company. To be honest, I was incredibly frustrated because no one let me know she was leaving and I had to send three emails, the final email clearly expressed my frustration, before I got a response from her replacement. However, now I am working with my new representative, Nicolas, for my VAT and EORI registration and he has been incredibly responsive and has throughly answered all of my questions. My UK application has already been submitted and I am waiting for one final document so we can submit my Germany application and I look forward to receiving good news about my approval shortly.
