Erin from Thornton & Baines was not only professional on her product knowledge, she remembered really intricate details about what I had said in our previous meetings and calls, so I always felt looked after and that my best interests were at heart. I was contacted by Erin and Daniel from T&B. I enquired a few years ago regarding a will that I never ended up going through with and if im honest, forgot about. Erin called me during November asking how the pandemic had been and if I ever did end up sorting out my affairs. After going through with a free consultation not only did I realise I had other areas I needed help with but I also had a big inheritance tax liability. I first met Thornton and Baines at the Cruise Show in Olympia in February 2018. Shane Stevenson was my initial contact. He was so helpful and explained who are Thornton and Baines and what they could do for me and my investments. My second meeting was with Shane and Daniel Candy. Since initially coming across Thornton & Baines at the London Destinations & Travel Show, I have had 2 meetings with Raghav. He is always very professional, explains things well and is happy to answer questions. Investment recommendations appear well researched based on my risk and return preferences. So far my overall experience with Thornton & Baines has been positive.

I have just had my third meeting with Edward Richardson AFPC from Thornton & Baines (T&B) and have taken his advice to move my pensions to one of their ethical portfolios and move a portion of my savings to an ethical ISA. Edward has guided me through the process clearly and without pressure and has offered his professional opinion on a number of aspects of my finances. T&B's pension fund portfolios have far outstripped the performance of my current pensions and I have confidence that they will help me to maximise the returns on my investments. l have found Edward to be very friendly and open yet always professional.
