K. T. g.I had a lady, said she's senior financial advisor (going by her conduct I doubt this) it actually didn't seem like a very a professional operation. I work full time and was called, messaged at times I suggested I'd be very busy. I was then as my friends wedding and I was being bombarded my messages by this *senior* (i sent a few replies saying i would get back to them as agreed on the tuesday when im back)and I eventually messaged back that they're actually more persistent (with that I meant being a pest) than the people I owe money to. I eventually spoke with a guy that sounded a little like he knew more what he was talking about (perhaps a senior senior?) And we came to an agreement.He went through certain things with me and eventually got referred to an I solvency agency. I understand they're on commission but they were quite pushy. After Initially o ly calling for advice I was ushered towards IVA and went ahead with it. All in all I'm happier than I was and got a good outcome but the journey, could've been better.
