Helen provides us her professional knowledge in our mortgage application procedures with care! I had previously received a mortgage offer on a property, however, the purchase fell through due to vendor losing their upper chain and having to pull out. We had therefore sourced a new property and submitted a new mortgage application again. Finally, I obtained a new mortgage offer on the new property, and moved in! There are not smooth and easy processes in these two mortgage applications, Helen helped me to communicate with the lender and the lawyers to keep tract with the application status in order to make sure the completion on-time. Thanks for Helen's contribution during the engagement.
