Hi, As a new customer to True Potential, I am keen check out the service support provided by TP. To this end, I needed to change my contact details held on my account. I opened a Chat session and entered my request. The chat was picked up by Blaine in a timely manner. Blaine then processed my request, keeping me informed of what he was doing via brief 'chat comments' - which I really appreciated. Blaine confirmed my contact details were set up against the account then asked if he could assist with anything else. A really good customer service experience. Thanks Blaine

I recently changed my investments to True Potential and have not been disappointed. Today I had a question about withdrawing funds. I have an online chat with Blaine. He answered my question immediately. He was both [professional and friendly. I found the ability to actually see him in the chat was very reassuring. So often you do not know whether you are talking to a person or a machine!! I would recommend strongly True Potential

The client manager, Lewis Martin, who I dealt with was wonderful. I have memory issues and a low level of computer literacy but Lewis was very patient and could not have been more helpful.
