Knowledgable, professional, exception service. Choosing any professional is a bit of a minefield, as - at least for me - I find it important to trust the ability of anyone I work with. I had spoken with other acocuntants before meeting Ola, and immediately knew she and the Ronzl team were the right people to handle my tax work. Ola offered a free consultation in the first instance and has always been open and up front with both costs and the work being done (and what is needed from me). She also follows that up in case I need a prompt. As a numbers novice - but capable of learning - Ola was able to explain my whole situation so I had a full picture of it and went through the advantages and disadvantages of my routes to progress - without any pressure. She is clearly highly capable and talented in her field - but she is also a very motivating and positive person to be around offering supportive - and SOUND! business advice as well as accountancy.
