We've been dealing with Russell and he has been fantastic. We've probably been awkward and annoying customers as we've had a sale fall through and had to pull out of our original purchase and then begin a new purchase. We're selling for the first time and buying our 2nd home so most of the process is very confusing to us and we have experienced a lot of stress over the past 6 months or so but Russell has always been available and prompt in answering any queries and questions and helping us to a obtain a great mortgage offer.
