If I ever want anything clarifying, all e-mails (I generally have queries out of office hours) are always replied to at the first possible instance and there is always someone at the end of the phone if it's during the day. The honesty expressed during meetings is absolutely heart felt and I always walk away with the feeling of confidence that they have done their best for me!
